I give this place 5/5 because it was quite cheap, the rooms were great and the location was fantastic. It's very close to Ostbahnhof which is a big train station from where you can catch a train to anywhere in Berlin. We were a big group of 5 people sharing 3 rooms and I guess they assumed we would be... More

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Room was ready once arrived. The location of this hotel is right by Ostbahnhof station which is one stop away from Alexanderplatz (City Center). Breakfast was good, nice choice of food. Rooms were cleaned daily and reception staff were always helpful. Would've given 5 stars if wifi was free in the rooms, however... More

The hotel is nearby a train station. It took us around 30 min by taxi from the airport. Hotel was nice. Excellent breakfast. We arrived on sunday evening and we could not get any food from the bar since it was not open. We had a twin room , and The shower was not separated with a door from the... More

My partner and I made a last-minute booking at Innside Berlin as our Airbnb wasn't up to scratch - and we were so glad we did. It really turned our trip around! The rooms were clean and artsy, the staff were friendly and it is situated in a great location - right next to Ostbahnhof and within walking distance to... More

The hotel was very nice. Good location, nice room and facilities. Certainly a good value for money. The room contained comfortable beds (twin beds together forming one king size bed), an open space bathroom (a nice layout of a sink & bathtub which is open to the main room & a toilet behind a door), therefore it is more suitable... Really nice hotel. Conveniently located near Kreuzberg. Short walk from metro studio. Centrally located. Rooms are really nice and clean. Wewent for a short bank holiday break in Berlin and found the hotel conveniently located and reasonably priced. Would recommend it for business and holidays.

The big advantage of this hotel is the easy access: it's a few minutes walking from Ostbahnhof, the transport hub for metro and trains in east Berlin. This makes it easy to get to the hotel, and from the hotel to and from the city It is located in a building shared with offices, and it seems the part the... More

With my friend we are always staying in this hotel. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, equipped with flat TV. Bathroom is standard, but little bit dark (price for design :-) ) Free wifi is only at lobby. That's unbelievable in 2015. Breakfast is nice with great food. I would recommend this hotel.

I just finished a 3-night stay at the Innside Berlin. I was pleased with the rate we got so in that sense, this is a good value. Here are my pros and cons: Pros Very very clean. I liked the tile floor in the entrance way. Plentiful bath products. It's like they couldn't give me enough! By becoming a Melia... More

Staying in Friedrichshain

Neighborhood Profile
Friedrichshain
When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may find a bar with international crowds, electronic music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other, an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit buildings and live alternative music. No matter your taste, the best way to end a night out in Friedrichshain is sitting by the Spree River at the East side gallery, the longest and best preserved piece of the Berlin Wall, watching the sun rise over the beautiful Oberbaum Bridge.
