I stayed in the ParkInn Alexenander Platz during TechEd Europe in November 2009. It is a great hotel, the location is good, next to the S-Bahn. Spacy rooms, nice view over the city. Breakfast was fine as well as the bar in the evening. People work hard to make guests comfortable. Next year it's a must go! more

The hotel is central next to subway,tram and train stops. Also you can see the adjacent TV tower from all over Berlin so you can find it easily by foot.
