great location and really clean comfortable rooms, didn't get to try the gym or saunas and didn't bother with breakfast in the hotel. got a great deal with expedia and was very pleased with the hotel, staff were very nice and pleasant and the room was very clean with very comfortable bed. location is superb, you've a 2 minute walk... more

We found the hotel clean, safe and staff very nice and helpful. If your looking for a hotel with a personal touch this hotel is not for you - it's huge and bland-looking. We had a suite, but later found out it didn't have any windows. To be honest this was very weird, even though the rooms were in tip-top... more

Jul 8, 2009 | Trip type: Family New

We stayed at the Park Inn for two nights with our teenage daughter and another family. We had a junior suite - a huge corner room on the 35th floor!. The room was spotless and the views were incredible. We did not have the see-through shower situation. The reception area was busy, as it is a large hotel, but very... more

We've stay in this giant hotel for 8 nights. The location on the Alexanderplatz is suberb, very close to big transportation hub and close to the main tourist attractions in Berlin. Because this is very big hotel, therefore there is a feeling of train station, like in those giant hotels of Las Vegas. A constant movement of hords of visitors,... more

The hotel is gorgeous, stylish, modern & chic! Great location & near shopping centre which is good news for me to do last minutes shopping & grab all the chocolates & souvenirs (especially Berlin Bear)! The only things that I remember about this hotel is the see-through bath room, but this shouldn't be an issue as there is curtain to... more

Stayed here for four nights in June, on a work related trip but travelling with partner. The location is indeed fantastic - great communication links and easy to get into Mitte even on foot. There are also other good facilities nearby, including the department store with superb food hall. Otherwise, we were not that impressed. We were put in a... more

We stayed at the Park Inn just before christmas. First of all the location of the hotel really is fantastic, right in the centre of alexaderplatz and approx 1 min walk to the train station and subways. We stayed on the 17th floor which had great views towards the TV tower and over the city. There is a hypermart opposite... more

I stayed at the Park Inn for 9 days and enjoyed it greatly. It is close to transportation, shopping, historical areas, and in the middle of "old Berlin". The room was superlative and exceeded only by the professional and courteous staff. I intend to return within the year and hope I can get the same room!!!! more

The building is a renovatd 1930's (ish) communist building - dont let this scare you! They've done a remarkable job of updating it. Upon arrival I was greeted by Inga, she explained everthing thouroughly and answered all of my questions. I asked if she could recommend areas to go for night life. She gave me a map and two great... more
