A fast and very friendly helpful check-in, big rooms, fantastic breakfast, near metro (4 direction) 1stop from the station, but the view is not beautiful. Room (2 +badroom) are very clean, very good bed but terrible pillow. Shower is good but smal. 2 restaurants nearby

This is a well positioned within ca shirt tram ride or walk to Alexanderplatz. Modern and well appointed with an extremely helpful reception area. We must single out Daniel for his outstanding servife to us when we checked in. We had a horrible experience across thevriad at another Accor hotel and left. It was late and we gitbthe ka D... More

Close to Alexanderplatz station and market square with plenty to see and places to shop. Tram also stops in front of hotel. Room we had was dated, but large and comfy. No aircon and our room on the main road side was noisy, the locals really like their car horns but the double glazing helped to drown out the street... More

The room was spacious, clean and modern feel. Same about the bathroom. There was a floor ventilator in the room so, then i noticed there is no air conditioning or central ventilation for that matter, so i guess in the summer it can get quite hot. The hotel overall is ok if you book the room at a discounted price, but... More

The hotel was not quite the "stones throw" from the station I had been promised and, when heaving heavy cases around, I found that a bit disappointing. Trams stop just outside and had we known that we could have used them - I had received an email a few days before telling me that I would receive directions if I... More

It doesn't look like much, but it's nicely renovated with spacious, clean, elegant rooms and friendly staff. Free wifi, which works OK but seems to need some tuning.. Breakfast costs as much as it always does and is nice enough. The tram stops right outside the hotel and stops at Alexanderplatz, which is about 10 minutes walk away. One downside... More

The hotel does leave the beaten path a bit standing next to a large abandoned building with homeless city dwellers. However, that is the charm of Berlin and the metro is not too far flung. The beds and showers are top class and you would be hard pressed to find something better. The hotel rooms have been newly renovated and... More

My husband and I recently stayed at this Hotel. I would be happy to stay here again. The staff were very helpful. The rooms large, light and airy. I find it difficult sleeping in air conditioning however it was possible to open both a window and balcony door. The Hotel is a 25 minute taxi ride from the airport and... More

I think they need to reconsider the rating for this hotel. While the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot the staff were appalling! I have never been treated with such disrespect in any hotel in my life. One star is too many for this property.

Staying in Mitte

Neighborhood Profile
Mitte
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
