I was visiting the ITB in Berlin and found this hotel very convenient as it is next to the Train to the Messe Berlin and close to everything else one would want in a city like Berlin. Restaurants and shops - everything at your fingertips. The Hotel itself is rather small but the service is efficient and the breakfast is... More

Stayed here at the end of January for a couple of nights. Excellent deal through Secret Escapes. great location literally two minutes from S-Bahn, was a bit worried about train noise after reading earlier reviews, but we had a room at the back of the hotel, and didn't hear a thing. Decor in public areas funky and modern, staff friendly... More

I recently stayed at this hotel and brought through Secret Escapes. This was a small getaway xmas market trip and a bit of night life. Please read below for a better understanding on my overall stay: Rooms - Larger enough, modern and well designed. The room has everything you can ask for and the bed is very comfy! Only tip... More

This is undoubtedly a go-to accomodation in Berlin, both for business and leisure. Great location (2 minutes from S-Bahn station Savignyplatz, just 4 stops to Hauptbahnhof, proximity of numerous cafes around Savignyplatz). Attractive contemporary design. Helpful and discreet staff. Functional, impeccably cleaned, well equipped and attractively designed rooms. Very comfortable bed. Internet access could be a little easier (without the... More

My wife and I had a fantastic stay here (we booked it via a Secret Escapes deal) and would recommend it thoroughly. A modern boutique hotel the decor is contemporary and stylish. Our room overlooked the train track. I know other reviewers have said this is noisy but given that the trains are electric and the glass is thick, any... More

We stayed here for two nights with a secrets escapes deal I got it for my husband for a 50 th birthday gift, very nice hotel in a great place to see all of Berlin with everything nearby you would want. Next to a train station we were on the first floor but didn't hear the trains & the bed... More

We booked through Secret escapes and we were thrilled with the results. Hotello in Berlin was really great! A perfect place for 2 girls exploring the city! Great location minutes from 2 metro stations and lots of lovely little cafés/ restaurants/ shops (including a wonderful Christmas shop!) near by. Hotel was spotless and breakfast was lovely (including prosecco at the... More

Very nice clean & modern hotel Great rooms, bar & relaxing areas Staff were excellent especially reception and the bar manager - very helpful with good advice & humour Very close to a station - therefore some rooms noisy if you want to open the window. On the up side very convenient for exploring Berlin

It could be a nice hotel...if you get a room on the back side...otherwise you will have the pleasure, like me, of being just a few meters away from a rather busy rail track...with insufficient noise insulation....all that for 220 eur a night. I'm sure you can find better value for money in the area.

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
