Nice, fresh hotel with clean, simple rooms. Trendy lounge, friendly staff. Did not try the breakfast. Standard, kind-of-boring menu in the bar, but hey - considering what we paid, we got what we came for. The location is also a pluss

The first night I was very satisfied with this hotel. The next night was one of the worst in my life! The night staff was very helpful and nice, especially when one of the drunk guests fell down and split his head open on a bench. There was blood everywhere and the called an ambulance for him. It was quite... More

If you visit Germany first time (as I did) and want to understand what is German rationality - just go there. They know how to build modern and effective hotel on a small land Some pros/cons + Arrived before check in time and it was resolved in a minute, got a room immediately + Ideal if arriving by train/bus +... Hard to believe the budget hotel can be so good! Clean, new, quiet at night although it is cross the train station, fresh breakfast with lots of options. Definitely highly recommended for family, single traveller, or couple!

As with my previous reviews, here is a summary, followed by more info if you need it:- Good Points :- 5 minute walk from Berlin Hauptbahnhof. Great if you're arriving by train. Modern, purpose built, 'business style' hotel, with a few extras. Good sized rooms with excellent bathrooms. Garden with deckchairs if you have the time! Less good Points Reception... More

Fresh design, fast procedures, good location. The rooms small, yes. Breakfast buffet for 7.50 € again quite practical, sufficient and convenient, as everything in this hotel. Don't expect luxury or anything superfluous, it's just a modern concept for the young leisure or business traveller or those who have remained young in their mindset, who need a room for 1 to... I cannot recommend the Motel One chain, because they are inconsistent. But I can recommend the Motel One Hauptbahnhof Berlin. I have stayed here a number of times, and have recommended it to friends who were also pleased. I have also stayed at the Motel One at the Vienna Westbahnhof, and the Berlin Motel One Alexanderplatz. Both the Vienna and... More

It is my second stay at motel one hauptbahnhof. I feel like I really owe them a review for the excellent service. Within walking distance to the main station, motel one is great for guest like me who was transiting to other cities. Room was a bit small, but comfy and clean. Breakfast costs €7.50, and it has a good... More

Another great hotel in the chain. Just across a busy road from Berlin's main train station (so you connect to anywhere easily though the immediate environs are less exciting). Yet the hotel is quiet and you get a great view of the city skyline.

Super quiet room despite being on second floor, and the night of the Germany-France World Cup game. A hip, pared-down operation, with breakfast being served in the lobby lounge, on funky furniture and with poppy techno music playing. Room and bathroom were clean, though rather small (nowhere to put a suitcase, let alone two). Breakfast was good, though not stupendous.... More
