I've been to many different hotels in Berlin and I think the quality is usually quite high - even in the price range aroun 80-120 euro, yet the Artemisia is on a different planet for the feeling of coziness you experience. My partner and I have a wonderful experience at this hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat, clean, and reasonably priced. The breakfast was very good, with many choices. The place is next to a subway stop and within walking distance of a popular street. We will return to this hotel on our next trip... more

Exclusively for women, this is a wonderful hotel. Its a bit off-putting when you first arrive. The "hotel" is the 4th and 5th floor of a large town house, not well marked from the street (make careful note of the address). I hadn't planned to stay at this hotel but arrived in Berlin wanting a one-night stay. I found this hotel in my Rough Guide and rang to make the reservation.
