We expected a rather good stay, based on reviews here, but our experience was different. The reception was good, receptionist was very kind and helped us with the garage, which costed 13,5€/night. Room was OK, not really spacious or modern, but everything we needed was there. Airco would have been nice, but was not present. Long distance from hotel to... More

I stayed here for 2 nights when visiting for work. Good clean modern room on 6th floor. Free wifi or cable internet in room. Lighting was poor making it difficult to read but this is the only negative point. Hotel is Located in a good area and metro is close. Plenty of places to eat and shop. I will return... More

We stayed for 3 nights and though I agree with all said below, please please will hotels be honest about their WiFi coverage. We couldn't get any covrage and when we queried this was told that there is a yellow cable at the rear of the tv to plug straight into the computer, unfortunately our IPad does not have that... More

We enjoyed our stay here. Easy access to transportation. The area is loaded with restaurants, all look busy. Sidewalks are full of young families. Most restaurants have outside dining. Staff was very nice, always cheerful. Did not ear the breakfast, bakeries and restaurants all over. Nice court yard in back to have a glass of wine after a day at... More

Check-in was swift, receptionist friendly. Stayed three nights in room 55 and sleep quality was good with a twin beds wedged together to make a double. Pillows are a bit soft but overall good sleep. Room was clean and spacious enough for two to stay a couple of days. Did not have breakfast at hotel so cannot comment.

We have stayed here three times in the last 4 years (for about 10 days each time)and have always had a good experince. The hotel meets three requirements that I must have, an excellent bed, a good shower, and is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spartan but very comfortable. We don't partake in the breakfast, we perfer to... More

The hotel is nicely located, about two blocks from a U-Bahn stop, in the former East Berlin. The staff is friendly and helpful (though somewhat formal ... but this is Germany!). My room was nice, a reasonable size, and quiet enough even though it faced the street. Breakfasts are generous and offer many different choices. My single room, with the... More

There ain't an awful lot to say about this hotel apart from the fact(s) that it is nice, clean, situated in a great neighborhood and has a garage. Rooms are small but OK and breakfast seems to be a bit overpriced so just save your bucks and take them outside to one of the numerous restaurants on the block.

One of the worse hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff was beyond rude and unprofessional. The problems began with a staff member pushing me and scoffing at me as I was in her way as she helped herself to the buffet (gross soggy food). She also appeared to be recovering from a late night and appeared drunk. I... More

Good value hotel in nice recently gentrified location, walking distance to city centre with metro on the corner and small cafes & restaurants. We saw a lot of Berlin and definitely glad we stayed in this location. Only gripe was the pillows - but I think this is a European thing, basically a loose bag of stuffing! Still, they were... More
