I made a mistake when I booked the hotel. I booked 4 nights instead of 3 at a non-refundable rate. I realized that after 5 minutes, and called the hotel. Talked with a nice lady who said "no problem", and it was possible to change that. To make sure everything was OK, I called a month later, and another nice... More

We stayed here for 3 nights at the start of our trip and again the night before leaving Gernany. The place was suggested by a German friend and we are very glad we stayed there. We were booked for the first night in one of the garden-facing studio rooms. Our room had a mechanical problem so we were given another... More

The hotel is nice and rooms are modern, big and spacious, the breakfast is very good with the possibility to enjoy their garden area. The staff is attentive, but some much more than others. The problem is that the hotel rooms have room for improvement in the cleaning (no attention to detail) and the lack oof air conditioning.

Well located in a quiet area close to the ernst reuter platz u bahn station & the Zoo U & S bahn station. From schönefeld airport we got the RE7 into the city stopping at the Zoo station, from there the Apartment is a 10 minute walk away. Friendly multilingual staff who were very helpful. We appreciated the early check in on the morning of our arrival after an uncomfortable flight. The spacious room and modern furnishings were a welcome sight. The room was not only big, but there were enough shelf space and a walk-in closet. The bathroom had a big shower with modern Hans Grohe taps, underfloor heating and a heated towel rail.... More

Great location near Savignyplatz with its super bars and restaurants. We have stayed here several times and always enjoyed the comfort and great service. It is a few minutes walk from three different UBahn and SBahn stations, one being Zoo with the express connection to Schonefeld. It is on the bus route from Tegel (Steinplatz). Very comfortable bed, fantastic shower,... More

Close to the restaurants and bars around Savignyplatz this apartment hotel is very good value. All the rooms are spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The shower is amazing if you like being sprayed from 10 angles at once. Goethestrasse is a short 5 minute walk from the main shops on the KuDamm and just... More

I stayed here for a week over New Year's. It is in a lovely urban/upscale neighborhood with many small restaurants. It is a short and simple transit ride to many of Berlin's main attractions, and far enough away from the attractions to feel like you're really staying in a true Berlin neighborhood. The rooms are impeccably clean and in generally... More

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
