Located on Kurfuerstendamm, this hotel is good for active travellers, i stayed there for 1 night (room number 308). Taxi prices: about 10 euro to checkpoint charlie, 8-9 euro to the Gates. Room was unreal big, nice and very-very clean. Reception stuff was friendly. Free wi-fi in the rooms. Lots of shops, KaDeWe, restaurants and cafes near the hotel.

1min walk fr the metro station, get out fr the station, see the sign of 'diesel' shop, very close to the shop;) cafes,restaurants, and LIDLsupermarkey is just around the corner. Souvenit shops and tourist info centre is one street away, around 7mins walk. room is clean and big:) nice staff at front desk;)

10 of us stayed here for a weekend break,good location, basic clean hotel with excellent staff, They were very helpful and friendly and would have no problem staying here again. Zoological gardens train station a short walk away as well as underground stations, Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by.

we had a fantastic time, the hotel was central to all amenities, bought an invaluable Berlin 72 hour welcome travel card for 26.50 euros and we travelled all over Berlin by S-bahn and U-bahn.
