Berlin Plaza is centrally located next to all the shopping restaurants bars and museums. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The service is a 4 stars standard, and the food is typical excellent home made German food. I do highly recommend the Berlin Plaza and I would like to thank the employees for all the services they have provided me... More

The hotel is in a great location, very nearby a metro stop and there is a grocery store 1 minute away. When people complain about street noise in reviews I don't usually have any issues myself, but I did have a problem with the street noise getting in the way of a solid night's sleep. It may have been in... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights to celebrate my brothers birthday. The hotel is located in heart of Kurfurstendamm and excelent if you want to be near all the luxury shopping places in Berlin. Very safe and quite during the night time so if that whats your looking for i'll say you go here. If you're in Berlin for... More

We were for a few days in Berlin to see the family. My father found a good announcement for this hotel and he decided to book. As we arrived, to keep our luggage it cost 1 euros for each bag for 1 day. We had to pay 13 euros for everyday of parking of the car and 9.90 euros for... More

When something catastrophic happens in a hotel, even though it may not be the hotel's fault, you expect the staff to sympathise and help. When a major theft occurs on their premises, you'd think the staff might just be embarrassed. Not here. My very large handbag was stolen from the breakfast room at this hotel and when I discovered the... More

Found this hotel after looking on the net. 15 Mins from Tegel Airport, and only a 50 meters from the fabulous Kurfustendam. 10 minutes walk and you in the Centre of Berlin. My room was small but very comfortable, bathroom was a little cramped, but the shower was great, water was really hot. The room was clean, and cleaned everyday.... More

Good value for stay. Very clean and easy to get round the city due to the location. Staff were very friendly and happy to get us some tips on where to stay. Would definitrly consider staying there again especially for weekend trips away.

The Berlin Plaza hotel is located in the Kurfurstenfamm neighborhood of Berlin. The hotel is confidently located two blocks from a U-Bahn (metro) station and 5 minute taxi ride from Zoologischer Station. From Schoenefeld airport I took one train for twenty five minutes to Zoologischer Station. I received a great deal through Hotels.com and stayed here four nights. My room... More

This hotel is located near bus and metro lines. this made it very easy to get around the city. right off Kurfurstendam, a major upscale shopping avenue! The restaurant attached to the hotel made it a convenient meeting place for a drink , if you are travelling with other couples. The lobby is miniscule . the staff at the reception... More

this hotel is basic, very clean, good service and an excellent breakfast, all you need for a comfortable stay. It is only 50 metres from Kurfurstendamm ( a very busy & very upmarket shopping area ) so it can be a bit noisy at weekends as people use this road as a drag strip for racing fast cars, as there... Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
