Hotel is walking distance from the zoo station and the central train station. It is also walking distance to some of the city's main attractions. The hotel does not have AC and if you open the windows it is pretty loud. Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious and hotel has reliable WiFi.

Arrived with the family for a 4 day stay in Berlin. After scouring for a hotel that can offer a 5 bed room I cam across the Berliner hof that had family sized rooms, so reserved one and off we went. The Hotel is in the shopping area and sandwiched in between some shops and the Europa Centre, not to... More

We visited Berlin for 5 days and stayed at Berliner Hof. It was s great hotel from the moment we stepped into the lobby to the moment we reluctantly needed to leave. The front desk team was very kind and helping. The room was clean and quiet due to the soundproof windows, so all traffic noise from the street below... More

This is a reasonably priced hotel on a main shopping street with accessible amenities to make your stay all that more comfortable and affordable. The entrance to the hotel immediately fills you with trepidation but once inside the staff are friendly and the rooms spacious and clean.. The continental style breakfast in the morning is standard but of decent qualtiy.... More

Spacious rooms with bedroom & separate living area, including sofa bed and sliding partition to separate it into two rooms. Good sized fridge was useful. Free WiFi was fast enough for ordinary surfing. Didn't sample the breakfast (as there are many other options in the area) or the fitness club. Some found the bed mattress too hard. Well located for... More

This is a very nice hotel we stayed here for business. About 6 weeks. There are 2 types of rooms. Comfort and comfort plus. The plus rooms are very nice big clean and a very good shower these are 10 euros more per night the other rooms are a bit less, clean but small. The breakfast is simple but alright.... More

I spent two nights in this hotel with my husband and two kids ( 3 and 5 years old). The location is really great specially that we were planning to visit the Berlin Zoo which is only 5 minutes walk. Downside to its central location is that finding a parking place is really hard, we always had to drive 2 to... More

we stayed here for a couple of nights. The location was ideal being only a 5 min walk from the bus terminal so only a 20min bus ride to and from the airport. The room was extremely clean and spacious. The shower for my liking was a little low, if you were 6 foot tall then you'd stoop to shower.... More

I stayed in the Berliner Hof for 4 nights. The hotel is very central and located in West Berlin. It's only 2 min away from the KaDeWe (big department store) and Bahnhof Zoo. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. There are extra pillows should you need them. The room had a TV with many channels and radio. Breakfast... More

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
