The hotel was well appointed and in a fairly central location. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast excellent with staff very friendly. A classical business hotel. Staff was not as proffessional as expected. Luggage room was occasionally unlocked and unattended. Customers could go in and out to take and put their luggages without any strain. I don't feel safe with my stuff. Bellboys were not helpful, and we couldnt find them when there are needed. I've just returned from my second stay in 12 months at Berlin's Hotel Palace. Once again it demonstrated that it is a first rate hotel. Location is spot on if retail therapy is required but for a gang of lads with alternative entertainment requirements it is probably a bit remote. However its also opposite the Zoo so if you are that way inclined its perfect too. Overall though a very positive experience and would definately recommend the Palace to fellow travellers. more

Generaly nice Hotel but I am disapointed with the equipment in the room and the view. - Very old and poor TV set with a very bad TV signal. - Broken Internet equipment, antenna on the tabel set was broken. - From the windows you are looking directly into a wall on another building. more
