Was here with my 2 kids. We got a room with 3 single beds which was perfect for us. The kids liked the room very much as it had a theme.... Due to the hotels location it was opera. My kids loved to look in the whole room to find all the theme based details. The hotel is experienced to... More

We spent a long weekend in Berlin mainly to see Mozart's Zauberfloete at the state opera house, and also to visit a few museums. Berlin is an extremely cultured and pleasant city and the opera was absolute world-class. There is a huge range of other interesting things to se and do, suitable for all tastes. The hotel is just about... More

I stayed there only a night, arrived very late and left very early. Despite so short stay hotel impressed me with it's quality. Room was really spacious compared to any other Ibis hotel I stayed before. Clean room and amenities were again at really high level. I would definitely stay there again...

Mycket wife is slightly handcapped - walks with a rollator but only short distances. Ibis Styles an der Oper is located 200 meters from Deutsche Oper which se managed. The hotel is proper, well managed with 24 hour service and a good breakfeast. Recommended

Located outside U bahn Opera station which is a couple of stops from Zoological Garden DBahn station and also only 3 stops from the ICC exhibition so great if you are attending a Trade fair I stayed 2 nights. Reception welcoming. Rooms fine, nothing exceptional but perfect for my stay, little dated but with some attempts to modernise. Ensuite bathroom,... More

At very short notice I was looking for a centrally located accommodation and found this Ibis Hotel.Very helpful staff. Whilst the decor was unusual - the room was very clean and comfortable. There was a minibar, but I would have preferred a tea & coffee making tray. Still, I don't think the price for bed & superb breakfast could be... More

My sister, mum, 3 year old daughter and I stayed here in November to visit the xmas markets in Berlin. We chose this hotel for it's location (we wanted to stay near alexanderplatz) and because it offered family rooms. On arrival, we were quick to spot that not only was it very modern but that it was absolutely spotless!! The... More

I came back to the Ibis Styles an Der Oper with my wife on this trip because I had been very happy with my last stay here a couple of years ago. As before, the staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel is nicely turned out with everything clean and tidy. The room was of a good size and everything... More

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
