A clean and very spacious hotel in the Moabit district. Very quite even if it was quite big and a event was in the atrium one evening of our stay. The nearest U-Bahn, Birkenstraße, is only a few minutes away. The breakfast was very sufficient and the cheese bread rolls were perfect. If you choose not to have breakfast included... More

We had a great stay at BEST WESTERN Premier Hotel Moa Berlin. The room was nice, clean, spacious and had all what we needed and expected. The nearest U-Bahn stop was very close, 3 stops and you are in the center of Berlin, very easy and convenient. As a part of our hotel-deal we had dinner on the first night... More

I happen to be in Berlin for a night and was looking for a one-night stay that is not too far from the airport but also central to tourist areas. Berlin is big, so it is difficult to make a choice in which neighborhood I desired. I settled for this hotel, from the reviews and also the price. Room is... More

Stayed here for a few days with friends when we came to see AC/DC. The hotel was great all the staff seemed friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, would stop again if I was ever in Berlin again.

My group consisted of 3 couples and 1 baby. We booked 3 doubles and 1 with a cot. This was no problem. The cot was supplied with a "Resident Teddy Bear" for the baby. Our check in was without any trouble, the receptionist was very friendly. The wifi worked 100% for all of us. We dined in the attached restaurant... More

Fine hotel. Good breakfast. Clean and neat. A bit expensive to rent a bike, when the bikes aren't ready for use. Bicycles can be rentet close by at a better price, and bikes in better shape. Very friendly staff.

Hotel was overbooked and denied room inspite of reservation. Had to wait for about 2 hours to get alternate hotel, but staff was fully supportive and upgraded to higher category hotel and also paid taxi charges. Central lobby area looks great, can't say much about room though. Hotel little far away from main Berlin locations, looked more as business hotel,... More

This huge hotel is overwhelming. On a 15 minute drive from Berlin TXL Airport, it is well situated. Underground line 9 is also closeby. When going by car , there's a enormous car park. The area is nice, but there's not a lot to do. Luckily , you're not far from the town center. The hotel is big , but... More

It is a nice and modern hotel. The street address brings you to a ground level door. We parked there for free and took an elevator to the Lobby on the 3rd floor. We did not realize until the next day that the proper way to Reception is to go into the car park and drive to the 3rd floor.... More

We had fun in Berlin and this was mostly because of our hotel, Best Western Premier Hotel MOA Berlin, excellent service and friendly staff were the reason we had so much fun. The staff were very accommodating and advised us of places to see and visit whilst in the country and went out of their way to ensure that we... More

Staying in Moabit

Neighborhood Profile
Moabit
You may not realize Moabit is one of the city’s most central neighborhoods when you arrive at Hauptbahnhof (central station). Surrounded by waterways, Moabit is a quiet island protected from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. The crowds that do gather prefer spending their evenings in cozy restaurants over the party venues offered by other districts. With its beautiful parks, old housing and romantic industrial areas, life has traditionally been relaxed and a bit slower here. But the tone may soon be changing. Reasonable housing costs and proximity to city center are attracting more young Berliners and international visitors. This interest is encouraging new bars, cafés and nightclubs, making Moabit a candidate for most up-and-coming neighborhood in the city.
