I booked the Kempinski Bristol, Berlin after staying in the Kempinski Budapest as it was so fantastic. what a disappointment, the rooms did not compare, just generally shabbier than its Budapest equivalent, though the most disappointing aspect was being woken at 8.15am by the cleaning staff trying to make a quick start on their room cleaning duties, not something you... We spend two nights in this hotel, had to pay 35 euro for the dog and 27 euro each for the breakfast. The room was small and the bathroom smelt bad. We will not come again! The Wifi was very poor. The looks of the hotel is very nice.

Picked this hotel after looking at many others, pleased we did. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice, we had both a twin and a double. Good central location. We hired bikes from the hotel for the day and cycled round Berlin, especially nice cycling through the park not too far away. The hotel pool... More

This hotel is truly in the center of Berlin. Valet Parking, friendly staff, all is really nice. We would stay here again. The Cafe Reinhard is part of the hotel and you can have breakfast outside with a great look at the Kurfürstendamm. The rooms are ok but a little old. They have been refurbished but you realize you are... More

I'll start off by saying that there was nothing wrong with this hotel. We paid 85 euros a night, which was a fair price for the summer season. It's conveniently located near a metro station, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area (so you can avoid the 27 euro per person breakfast). We've stayed at one... More

Spent a couple days here while experiencing Berlin, front counter staff was very fluent in English and accommodating, and the hotel was extremely well-kept. Bar staff was a little snooty, but the restaurant staff made up for it. Not a "budget" hotel by any means. 28 euros for breakfast buffet. Two things I was not impressed with. No cool air... More

Stayed one night on business trip . Convenient location for the west end if the city .Excellent welcome from receptionist , pleasant room and good breakfast. No time to check out spa facilities but looked to be first rate. Much preferred the Bristol to the the Intercontinental which I have used in the past.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during a city trip to Berlin and were overall happy with it. Location: Just around the famous shopping street Kudamm where you have all the big shops and also coffee places and restaurants and close to the Metro stop "Uhlandstrasse". The Zoologischer Garten is also within walking distance so you have all... More

Spent around Christmas 2013 here with a Booking.com offer incl.spa, breakfast and executive lounge food, drinks, wine, cocktails. Excellent city and wonderful hotel. Met our family here who are amazingly fluent in travelling the city and saw lots of Berlin on foot, by metro and tram. Thanks to TripAdvisor hints and tips for being warned about various scams, which we carefully avoided. Hotel... More

This hotel is located on the west side, close to the zoo and higher end shopping, as well as the Tiergarden. One does have to take public transportation to many of the attractions but it is an easy ride to all of them. The classic rooms are not large but comfortable. Service is superb. We loved the concierge service and... More
