First time in Berlin , picture of hotel is acurate. Recpionist are welcoming and helpful.Room is pink but clean and roomy. Live music at the bar area. FREE use of guitars, if you can use. Breakfast all you can eat. Not far from Alexander platz . Approx €10 taxi. Would I come back here...yes definitely.

We stayed here and we expected something really good from the photos but this place isn't as nice as you would think. The train station its near is a dirty dump which is dangerous full of beggars and tramps. Not the hotels fault but worth pointing out if your planning a walk with luggage from the station DONT its also... More

This was our first visit to a Nhow hotel and we weren't disappointed. The hotel is fun and funky, brightly coloured, very clean and lovely rooms. The cleaners clearly work very hard. The choice at the buffet breakfast is amazing and the food and drink were very high quality. All the staff were very friendly. All in all a great... More

Stayed at this amazing hotel on a city break with 3 friends. The décor is amazing and the staff were very welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were the best I have ever seen in a hotel with walk in power shower. Lots of little extras made the stay extremely enjoyable. The location is great, just round the... More

Me and partner stayed at Nhow Berlin and were completely impressed with our stay. The staff were very welcoming and gave us guidance on some of the sights we were planning to see. The room was immaculate, brightly styled and had great heating. The decor of the hotel was stunning and is located along the river Spree. At breakfast we... More

Lovely modern - uber modern - hotel. It is located near the city centre and reachable by the S-bahn. The hotel is very modern and caters to a hip Berlin crowd. Service is excellent and friendly - I did not find any errors in billing as other reviewers did. Downsides are small rooms and a lack of ventilation. Overall though... More

Came here with my best friend to explore Berlin. We chose this hotel as it looked super funky and seemed like just the kind of quirky attitude Berlin shouts. We were not let down! the hotel design is so uber-cool and we loved it. The room was fantastic (even has a nespresso machine!). Pros: Awesome design, super cool room, the... More

Nice hotel. Clean rooms, good beds. Location of this hotel is perfect: between the coolest neighborhoods Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg. Walking distance to the best clubs in Berlin. The hotel has a beautiful bar with good cocktails. Breakfast is...expensive.

The hotel facilities are great. Best hotel bathroom ever. Lovely view. Quiet. Interesting design. Near public transport. However the management and staff seemed to be new so we had a few hitches: when we were charged for a bottle rather than a glass of wine, easy mistake, it took ages to sort cos all the staff were being photographed with... This is not the cheapest place to stay in Berlin but it is very funky and special with a super location right between Friedrichshain and Xberg. The rooms are totally pink, the beds are excellent, and if you are not a couple traveling together you need to be relaxed concerning privacy - the walls of the bath room are made... More

Staying in Friedrichshain

Neighborhood Profile
When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may find a bar with international crowds, electronic music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other, an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit buildings and live alternative music. No matter your taste, the best way to end a night out in Friedrichshain is sitting by the Spree River at the East side gallery, the longest and best preserved piece of the Berlin Wall, watching the sun rise over the beautiful Oberbaum Bridge.
