I've used this hotel regularly over the last few years and spent another weekend there recently. Still can't fault it in any way. the staff are always great but this tie they were outstanding. I won't stay anywhere else in Berlin.

Very Good stay at this hotel. Clean very good location and Staff are really excellent. Nothing seems to be a problem for them. The breakfast is very good as well and rooms very comfortable. Bar prices are reasonable and Wifi is working correctly. An all round excellent experience.

Stayed here early March 2015 for 4 nights on the recommendation of a friend. The rooms are very modern, comfortable, and quiet - it felt like a boutique hotel. The flat-screen TV was large with a good selection of channels, the wifi strong, and even though the bathroom was small, the shower cuble was large and the water pressure great.... More

Recommended by a friend I changed my plans to shay here instead of another property nearby. I was not disappointed. This was a great value between the modern and clean rooms. And the breakfast had many choices even on the very busy days. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My only minor disappointment was that there were no in-room safes.... More

Fancy something with a bit of style and at a reasonable rate then this is the place for you. My partner and I stayed there for a romantic and sightseeing holiday. Upon walking into the venue you think you are walking into a 5x place, The lobby is modernly decorated and this theme carries through throughout the hotel. Motel One... More

I love this hotel because of the Motel One concept. The price is very inexpensive and yet nothing is lacking in services. The hotel is convenient to main areas of shopping and business, the little bar is friendly, the beds are good and linen is nice, bathrooms are small but modern. Breakfast is self serve but totally adequate and the... More

This was my second stay at this hotel, I was in Berlin for one night on business and had a really enjoyable time on my first visit, this just confirmed it is a great place to stay. Given the (low) cost of a room, you would be entitled to expect corners to be cut or quality to suffer, but that... More

Fantastic price for a comfortable room. Great wifi connection in the room. A strange problem was the smell that I found in the bathroom in the mornings. It was a bit unpleasant but I am sure this issue will be resolved. The hotel staff were young but knowledgable.

Comfortable hotel in a nice place, close to the metro station. One word: Efficient. The little space room is very well used so you feel it is bigger than it actually is. Breakfast is really convenient and varied. Only thing, there's no tap beer on the bar

Staying in Schoneberg

Neighborhood Profile
Schoneberg
In 1963, Schöneberg was the center of the political west, inspiring John F. Kennedy to choose this area to famously announce, "Ich bin ein Berliner." Times may have changed, but modern-day Schöneberg still pays tribute to its historical legacies. Once the richest city outside of Berlin proper, the area's affluent past is still visible in ornate housing facades dating back to the Gründerzeit of the 19th century, while residents in fur coats walking their dogs or shopping in high-end KaDeWe continue the tradition with a modern flair. Schöneberg was also once the center of the decadent and burlesque nightlife of the 1920s. It was here that Marlene Dietrich partied with Christopher Isherwood and the first gay bar in Germany was founded. Today, the gay community still revolves around Nollendorfplatz. The overground Ubahn station is even illuminated in rainbow colors, paying tribute to Schöneberg's progressive past.
