The location suited us but the hotel is nothing special; I don't think it merits 4 star rating. I've read some of the negative feedback expressed by others and echo the sentiments. Wi-Fi wasn't straightforward to use and breakfast was a very chaotic affair. Why did guests have to suffer the indignity of long queues for food and coffee? The... More

We enjoyed our visit in Abba Berlin Hotel. The atmosphere was nice, the room was big and very clean, and the breakfast was rich and tasty. We had a nice talk with the manager of the dining room, he was nice and helpful. We recommended this hotel a specially to whom that want to be in the western side of... More

We stayed there a week, and it was great. Good rooms, good stuff, great breakfast. The location is not ideal, but short walking to Uland stra. U station, and you get close to the center. berlin is beautiful!

Great location in central Berlin. Spa, Fitness and Wifi included in the pricing. Really nice and spacious rooms. Near underground Ulandstrasse and the big high end shopping street Kurfürstendamm. Walking distance to great restaurants such as Ottenthal (on Kantstraße 153)

Really good hotel, excellent breakfast, large and quiet rooms, nice fitness room. The hotel is very central, a few minutes walk from KuDam , two subway stations nearby and also many buses and still is is very quiet. Very much recommended!

Stayed for 3 nights in the Abba Hotel and can think of nothing wrong with our stay. A business type hotel (my preferred kind of hotel as you have a good chance of everything being good, or they'd soon be out of business in this competitive market) with good quality rooms, reception, gym, sauna. All the staff we met were... More

I personally choose to stay at Abba Hotels whenever I can since this brand usually means great quality-price. The Abba Berlin hotel is located in a semi central position near the Ku'damm station. The building is beautiful, the rooms are huge altough not as richly furnished as other Abba hotels in Spain. The staff is very friendly and professional. The only... More

We stayed overnight in this hotel, it did take a little while to find it but with the help of some of the locals we made it in the end and it wasnt far from a station. The reception staff were very helpful and provided maps for our weekend. The bathroom catered for any forgotten toiletries from shaving foam to... More

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
