Great location, service and breakfast, Great for a family. Car is not needed! You can reach all the nice areas (shopping and site seeing) with the common transport systems. 16 EUR for a day ticket (U- and S-Bahn) for up to 5 persons.

It'was quite nice to visit Maison Hotel. The room was clean but not so big. Reception ok - helpfull and polite, we were speaking deutsch but you can easly talk in english too. Location is not so bad. YThere is metro station and some bars and restaurants. Suddenly, you need some more time to get to city center. There are... More

My partner and I used Booking.com to find a very last minute deal and found this hotel for just over 30 Euros for the night. We initially struggled to find the reception and couldn't quite work out how to use the room key but once we did, we fell in love with the place immediately. We were given an apartment... More

We have stayed for one night in this beautiful Hotel-Maison, very nice decorated. You can park nearby, and if you ask at the reception desk for a parking sign, it is only 6euros/day (payable at the reception). We preferred the subway for our visit and the station is only a few minutes away. At first, we were surprised to receive... More

Obviously the hotel is old, but it is quirky and different. The young lady receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly,,showing us where to park,, what to visit and doing her best to help when the Internet would not work the first night, she contacted her boss and he got it working shortly after 8pm. Parking g in,the street outside the... More

We arrived earlier than expected, but the receptionist was very helpful and tried to have the room cleaned before others so we could check in Very large room, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Breakfast is basic but alright and the place is spotless .The wall paper in the lobby needs getting used to. The building is old but very interesting.

The area is very nice, many restaurants etc etc but the hotel is terrible. Nice and healpfull receptionists but extreamly rude staff for the quitchen. Some guy even tryed to "teach" me how to properly behave. I would say the value for the money is pretty low ... The beds are bad, the bathroom is clean but not funtioning properly... More

I stayed at Maison am Adenauerplatz during the ITB travel fair. The location is great, directly at Kudamm with many nice restaurants just around the corner. Our room was spacious, calm and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative point was the bed, which was not very comfortable. The mattress needs exchanging. The free wifi connection... More

The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and well maintained and insulated from the traffic outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nicely located with the metro station not too far away and the railway station about a 5-10 minute walk away. We all enjoyed our stay and one of our party booking the same hotel... More
