We booked this as part of a deal but we were very pleased. The rooms are very clean, the staff were helpful, the breakfast was very decent and all for a very good price. The beds were comfy but new pillows wouldn't go amiss. The rooms were also a good temperature. Charlottenberg is a lovely area and public transport to... More

My partner and I stayed here in December whilst visiting the famous Christmas Markets. The location of the hotel was perfect and was nice and clean. The room was a decent size but the bathroom was very small, consisting of a sink and a shower with no room to move around. The toilet was separate to the bathroom. The breakfast... More

Brilliant location for us to enjoy a birthday party in Charlottenburg.Super central area near to subway and close enough to walk to lots of interesting places.Brilliant shops nearby and very good restaurant across the road. The room was very spacious and squeaky clean, breakfast was good. The staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful.

One of my favourite hotels. Not expensive. Convenient location. Nice rooms with a clean spare shower unit. Reach breakfasts. There are many restaurants of different cuisine, fast-food cafes, big supermarket near here. And of course a fascinating odour outside in spring time – there’s the avenue of limes in front of the hotel. Один из моих любимых отелей. Недорогой. Удобное... More

Welcoming staff. Fab location as it's near all public transport links and there is a car park to use if you need it. It was unbelievably cheap but still clean and the rooms were decent. Definitely good value for money! Also, really close to the Charlottenburg Christmas market if you are there at that time of year. Would definitely stay... More

Absolutely brilliant! Value for money, clean, perfect location, helpful staff, great breakfast, large room, excellent air conditioning/heating, what more can I say? Bed was large and comfy and pillows were fine. I asked for 2 more pillows and they had arrived before I returned to the room - can't fault the service! Only 2 negatives - wifi was non existent... Good location close to bus, U-bahn, and train stations. As it was low season, we found a great online deal and did not expect much, but we had a pleasant surprise. The room was tiny but very clean, towels were changed every day, soap bottles replaced, and the bad made. Despite the hotel being on a relatively busy street, the... More

We stayed here last week for four nights beginning 8.12.14. I chose the hotel after having read the reviews on Tripadvisor which did not let me down. The bedroom was extremely clean and quiet and the bed itself was very comfortable. Several other people on Tripadvisor have mentioned that the pillows are poor and I discovered this when I developed... More

My fiance and I just got back from 3 nights here. The hotel is in a really quaint area with lovely shops (didnt see any red light sort of places... Only a sign for a lap dance bar but thats it) Lovely clean and modern reception with friendly and helpful staff. Its a little trek away from city centre but... More

Not in the centre of Berlin but as such reasonably priced. Transport however is cheap and excellent so you can get anywhere easily. There is the yellow sightseeing bus stop (No. 18) not far on the other side of the junction that goes into the centre. Small lobby which could cause a problem and no bar (although Chic opposite is... Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
