We had a smallish room but comfortable enough. You won't get wifi in your room or tea and coffee making facilities but beyond that everything else about the hotel was fine, and the breakfast was very good. It's in a great spot, only a few minutes from Gendarmenemmarkt and the shops on Friedrichstrasse. It's also very walkable from Checkpoint Charlie,... More

This hotel was a pleasure. While it could be though of as being basic by some I would go more for very comfortable and uncomplicated. My room was very clean, felt fresh generally, comfortable beds and pillows. There was enough storage roomfor two people. A free safe is always appreciated, easily controlled thermostat, tv (with a few English channels). The... More

We stayed in this hotel 5 nights. The room was clean, nice but small. However, nearly all the needed things were there (closet, shower, mini bar, sink, toilet, TV, table, chair, armchair). No WIFI in the room, just a cable and it didn't help us because we had a tablet with us. We decided not to pay for breakfast because... More

I had the misfortune to stay in this hotel recently and would never again! It was not cheap and the room was awful - it was no more than 7ft wide and there was no bathroom - the shower cubicle was directly behind the headboard!!!!! and the sink was also in the bedroom. Nowhere to sit, TV on the ceiling!... More

I was there for one night for work and it is perfectely located. 10 minutes walk from the bus to Tegel airport and close to major monuments. Sophie at desk was perfect : she helps me to plan my route very kindly and very efficiently. There is no wifi in the room, that is the only problem. There is a... More

We stayed here in October 2013 and had a really nice spacious room. The hotel was renovating our floor at the time, but we had no trouble with that at all. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. My tips here would be: - don't have breakfast here - not that it's bad, but you can walk three... More

this hotel is a 30 minute drive from the Airport (37 euros). In the centre of Mitte we could walk to all the attractions including Holocaust Museum, Berlin Wall, Checkpoint Charlie, Television Tower, Reinstag etc. Its a little bit further to find a good night life, although a great Bavarian Bar is just up the road. The hotel itself is... More

The hotel is clean and seems to be organized except for an updated internet connection. The only internet connection available in my room is through a wired connection. NO WiFi in the room (only in the lobby)!! This prevents an internet connection to tablets and smart phones in the room and reflects an old thinking dated back to the Berlin... More

My girlfriend and I stayed in this great hotel for four nights from Boxing Day. The hotel is just down from the hilton and the Christmas market. Very easy to get to on the underground. We had a very spacious double room with a huge bathroom. The breakfast was beautiful. The hotel was very clean and tidy throughout. It looked... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and were overall very pleased with our stay. Location is great, nice area of town to stay in, and it was easy to get around from there. We booked it as a 'secret hotel' on lastminute and when we saw the reviews we were concerned, but there was no need to be as the... More
