The reason I have given the Cleanliness a poor rating is that the room given to me was a Smoking Room that had the taint of stale cigarette use, didn't realise, and in reflection, wasn't given a choice at check-in either, apart from this, the room etc was clean. The room was okay and the dinner that evening was good...
