I wont really write much. I ll let the pictures speak for themselves. The room we got was totally run down - holes in couch, cracked damaged furniture. Additionally the room was quite dirty. The pictures this hotel advertises with have nothing in common with the actual condition of the room we got. Never again

Clean, spacious and in a convenient, quiet, safe location, next to a park with beautiful rose garden and a café. Helpful and polite staff. Has fully equipped kitchen. Rewe supermarket in the next block. Lots of restaurants within one or two blocks. For us, the Museum Inseln, Branderburg gate and Prenzlauer Berg district were within walking distance, but U-bahn station... More

Everything is great. it is small apartment with a great view, great location. It is very clean. For the price, the apartment is just perfect. Good choice for your business stay in Berlin or romantic atmosphere.

We rented a private apartment within the Midi Inn complex. It overlooked the park & the TV tower - 5 mins walk from Rosenthaler Platz & the Mauerpark. For the price & location - excellent. The apartment was very spacious & spotlessly clean - with cooking & washing facilities & every kind of utensil you could ever want. The staff... More

Nice hotel with very helpful staff and good location . However , it is very basic and does not offer more than a room to sleep (very thin walls) and breakfast. If you are only in town for one night and looking for budget and clean place this Is the place . If you need little more than check out... More

Very good hotel with a nice location next to a park. Very clean and nice beds. We got a room in the corner and I loved the big windows towards the park and the street. Many great cafés and restaurants near-by.

We stayed 3 nights as a couple. The location of the hotel is perfect. Not too far from the city center, yet close to the charming Prenzlaur Berg quarter. Our room was very mall, but clean. The bathroom was simply perfect. It might be worthwhile to know that the hotel is in fact a collection of of rooms in a... More

I booked the Midi-Inn for my parents in law. I live three minutes from the hotel and know the area very well. The apartment we chose (Parkview) was really nice. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The best thing about it is the view straight into Weinbergspark, i.e. you see only trees. Trust me, there are not a lot of appartments in... More

Our room was one of the appartments run by Malzcafe a few doors up from the hotel. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The appartment was nice, it was clean, the bathroom and kitchen are were both great. However, there was no air conditioning and not even a fan - a huge oversight in Berlin in the summer. The... I stayed in an apartment managed by MalzCafe Hotel, which was about 200 meteres away from the hotel itself. The apartment was more of a studio with a bedroom , a bathroom (small) and a kitchen. It was clean and quiet.

Staying in Mitte

Neighborhood Profile
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
