Good design, very friendly and ready to help staff. Always suggesting the forgotten things. Unique key lock. Good ambience and colourful designs in the room. The only negative thing is the drainage in the bathroom. Water slips out of the bath enclosure. Bathroom is tight a bit. Otherwise, quality room design.

Very modern, minimalist, stylish, clean rooms. The staff were excellent ,very keen to help and advise and spoke many languages. There is now wi-fi to all rooms and reception area free of charge. The hotel is slightly out of town in a very multi-cultural area, but easy access to underground stations and bus right outside.

Very neat and clean hotel with spacious rooms. Thought our rooms was facing the street, the room was very quiet! Near two tube stations. Good bikes to rent in the backyard. WiFi and breakfast for extra cost, which is understandable as the business idea is to sell budget rooms and then upsell. However we realized post booking that we could... More

Nice, helpful and friendly staff (speaking Spanish, Catalan, English, German, ...). Rooms are very comfortable and stylish, with nice bathroom. Breakfast is highly recommendable, with a good variety of products. This hotel is well connected (metro, bus and tram) to the most emblematic places in Berlin.

Nice staff that speaks english, hotel/hotel rooms are very neat and cosy. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is stylish and roomy. There is no minibar nor room service. Breakfast is very good; croissants, cheeses, sausages (no bacon!), eggs, different fruits, mueslis and yoghurts, and all coffee drinks are included in the price which isn't too expensive. Bar/lounge is open... More

Location is quite convenient two mins walk from Bulowstrasse on the U2 - I think that hotel has recently been build or refitted so decoration/fittings etc are of high quality... Dear guest, thank you very much for your honest words concerning your stay at our hotel. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay so far. But I agree with that you need more than three hangers in a large wardrobe so we try to fix this. The WiFi will be free of charge in about 7 days to the... More

The sewer system is clearly dysfunctional. To rid the room of the smell you will have to keep windows open, but then there is the issue of the noise. It's on a very busy intersection. Check-in - if they haven't messed up the reservation - can take anything up to 20 minutes. And make sure you don't misplace your plastic... More

This hotel has comfortable beds and showers, very contemporary design and peace and quiet at night, I thought it was great during my stay (6 nights total) The locking of the room door is annoying, but once you get the hang of it ok. I am getting sick of hotels advertising wifi when it in fact does not provide it. When you need internet it is not convenient to go down to the lobby at night to use the free service. Staying in Schoneberg

Neighborhood Profile
Schoneberg
In 1963, Schöneberg was the center of the political west, inspiring John F. Kennedy to choose this area to famously announce, "Ich bin ein Berliner." Times may have changed, but modern-day Schöneberg still pays tribute to its historical legacies. Once the richest city outside of Berlin proper, the area's affluent past is still visible in ornate housing facades dating back to the Gründerzeit of the 19th century, while residents in fur coats walking their dogs or shopping in high-end KaDeWe continue the tradition with a modern flair. Schöneberg was also once the center of the decadent and burlesque nightlife of the 1920s. It was here that Marlene Dietrich partied with Christopher Isherwood and the first gay bar in Germany was founded. Today, the gay community still revolves around Nollendorfplatz. The overground Ubahn station is even illuminated in rainbow colors, paying tribute to Schöneberg's progressive past.
