This is a great old hotel but with so much charm. We enjoyed our time here,our room was adequate It is in the centre of this medieval wonderfull little town. It is like Santa land. The breakfasts were great. We had dinner there one night & we were in for a surprise as the food was fantastic. Go there.

Beautiful hotel, great restaurant, awesome food and fantastic location. The only major problem was extremely poor Internet connectivity. My husband wasn't able to take care of critical business investments for an entire day! And, for ladies, they don't care to provide key toiletries like the body/hand lotion.

The hotel is within walking distance to the central Marketplatz of this picturesque medieval city. The service was great and the breakfast was fabulous. Traditional German breakfast plus lots of other options. The restaurant was nice and midday they had outdoor seating for lunch, beverage or a snack.

The hotel is exactly like Rothenburg, lovely! The room was a spacious and very comfortable. We had a double room and it was perfect. The reception staff was also really helpful. I was traveling with my partner and definitely we would go back.

The hotel is in two different buildings facing each other across the street. The main one has the reception lobby and also the dining and lounge facilities. The hotel has a good location and also is an excellent hotel. I just had the feeling that the lady at the reception could have been more professional. Her atittude towards guest and employees was not positive.
