Great in town location, friendly staff clean bright rooms. Gabriel at the bar will take great care of you, he speaks 7 languages. The breakfast buffet was clearly the most robust that we've had on our trip. Their orange juice dispenser drops a whole orange over a conveyor belt into a slicer where it is mechanically squeezed into your glass.... More

We stayed here one night to get to the castle. We stayed in one of the art decor rooms. While it was interesting interior, some would not appreciate the design of the room (we had a wall on the bottom of our bed painted with the castle and a ?Ludwig in a ghostly fashion- was a little freaky). The room... More

Stayed here for two nights while visiting the nearby Neuschwanstein Castle. The hotel is nicely situated right downtown, everything is within walking distance. Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was wonderful. The staff are really friendly and helpful, you can tell they enjoy their job. My only issue was with the quality of sleep I got: I am a very... Via Claudia Motti Dolce Vita (the name of the room), two pax. One night. A real gem. Finally somebody understand the need of standing out, so from the car park in the basement to all rooms and corridors, you`ll find art in different categories all around. Be sure to have you camera ready. Different rooms, so you can find your... More

Be aware they have large tour groups staying here which can slow down service. Unfortunately we ate breakfast one morning just after a large group descended on the restaurant. They were understaffed and slow to refresh the buffet. Best to check-out ahead of time as well. Otherwise, this is a good place to stay. Short walk from the train station.... More

Beautiful 1 night stay in a lovely hotel! Funky cool design & very friendly staff & owner! Walked in off the street after reading the reviews & luckily had 1 room left. The design in underground carpark best I've ever seen! The rooms are lovely.., comfy beds, nice bath & shower, very clean, mini bar food & drinks that's not... More

My husband and I travelled here to spend part of our mini-honeymoon at Neuschwanstein and chose this hotel based on other Tripadvisor reviews. We definitely made the right choice. The hotel is centrally located (a short drive away from the castle and right in the heart of town for local sightseeing) and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are... More

Very convenient for visiting Neuschwanstein Castle. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Good breakfast with a large choice. Parking was very convenient. The hotel has several wax figures in the public areas and several of the rooms are themed (e.g. from Wagner operas).

Though I was a little freaked out by the mad king staring at me from the wall. The rooms are clean, and the decor is certainly original. The beer garden is a wonderful place to sit and relax. And their staff was great. I did feel that the parking was extremely tight. Definitely don't plan on bringing anything bigger than... More

Before our trip we have read many positive reviews about this hotel, but nevertheless we were surprised about the quality of sevice in it. This Hotel really tries to do it's best in order his clients were satisfied and happy. We stayed there 2 nights - me, my DH and 14-years old son and we can say that this journey... More
