We had read some wonderful reviews of Dinkelsbuhl, so thought we should stop by during a 3 month tour of Europe in late 2010. This rather small, fine hotel was great in aesthetics, service and location! we loved it's modern style, behind traditional walls... Dinkelsbuhl is definetely worth a visit and this is the place to stay! probably it can be used as base for other excursions...(Nordlingen, even Rothenburg) as the town itself is very pretty but small. Our room was facing back, nice...

the hotel was a great surprise. in the middle of a medieval city a "design"hotel far away from the "rustic" style of the country. very friendly personnel, very clean, nice ambient. the breakfast was delightful.

We loved our night in this amazing hotel. Dinkelsbuhl is an authentic Bavarian village, completely preserved. Everything is traditional. The facade of this hotel is, too. But step inside and you could be in London, Berlin or the Village... very cool. Very Zen. And, best of all, very friendly. No snobby boutique hotel here. The staff answered every question and...
