The rooms where nice and clean, so was the bath room.
The staff was very friendly except of the owner's wife (i think it was the wife but i am not sure), who was unfriendly to other staff and even to us guests.

Nice hotel near centre of lovely old city of Augsburg. Large twin room with sofa and nice bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff who spoke English
Unless you are arriving on the train and need a close location, this hotel is not worth the search. The staff is not terribly helpful, and the highly touted "parking" is basically non-existent. The location is noisy and in an unattractive part of the city. The one redeeming feature - the restaurant serves excellent food. So, eat here - but...
