There are two advantages in this hotel, other than the location, the first is the very luxury room fitting and size and the 2nd is the breakfast buffet . In short, this is the best hotel you can stay in.

Loved my 5 night stay in this Hotel! Amazingly stylish rooms/suites, fantastic service and a lots of comfort! Very good restaurant and bar which offers delicious local and international dishes! The only downside of this new hotel: it has NO Air Condition!

i had the pleasure of staying in one of the hotels serviced apartments for 2 weeks . The room was very comfortable, very large . Excellent bathroom with super shower pressure and instant tempreature. Perfect location, when i did encounter minor problems the staff dealt with them immediately. This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star service and quality

We stayed in a suite here and absolutely loved it. Really don't know how they do it for the price. Everything was there and more. Wonderful bathroom with a deep bath and great products. Very good hotel and perfect location. It is just at the beginning of the pedestrian area and most crowded street Maximilianstrasse. 5-10 minutes walking to Markt and Rathaus, 15-20 mins to Fugeroi, 15-20 minutes walking to the Cathedral (Dom) and around 20-25 minutess walking to Leopold Mozart house.
