Just on the opposite side of the cathedral. We had an amazing cathedral view all day through - morning. evening, night. Can recommend our room on the 4th floor (411!). Cheaper then others with the same view, but perfect to see everything. Unfortunately there is no conditioning in rooms. And a bit noisy if the keep window opened at the... More

Central location in walking distance of the major sights to visit. However it was noisy at night. Our room was very small with the bed against the wall. Really great breakfast in an incredible room with a stone vaulted ceiling. The hotel is quite expensive and in addition there is an Internet charge of 3 euros.

Perfectly located for visiting the old city, cathedral etc. Parking is in a nearby car park so you need to drop luggage off first. The reception and breakfast rooms are authentic and characterful; our bedroom by contrast was very plain, slightly cramped, lighting a bit dark; however it did look directly onto the cathedral. On our stay the bells were not... More

Beautiful historic hotel in the heart of the city opposite the cathedral. I enjoyed staying here but the constant ringing of the cathedral bells was very annoying especially very early in the morning. Hotel is clean and centrally located. More suited for younger people.

Location is unbeatable, facing the magnificent St Peter's cathedral and ideal if you want to spend time shopping in Regensburg. Also very convenient for dining with a large al fresco area at the main door of the hotel belonging to different restaurants. The Danube river is only about 5 minutes walk away so perfect if you want to spent some... More

Very good hotel for business trip and city escapes. It is not very fancy but does provide enough comfort for the stay. The breakfast is a very nice experience considering the atmosphere from breakfast room. The room themselves are simple but clean and offer all that you need for short stays. There is no noise from the street but you... More

If you are looking for great location and price this is the hotel for you in Regensburg. Mind you you must have a European mindset but clean spacious and good frühstück. Right across from the Dom with a perfect view from the 3rd floor rooms, a block from the stone bridge and my favorite Breuer; Spital, and right in all... More

You could not be more central in Regensburg ! The hotel is literally across from the Cathedrale, rooms at the front have a great view and so does the breakfast room. You are spoilt for choice with restaurants, cafes and shops all in walking distance and in our 3 days in Regensburg we managed to eat in a different place... More

Regensburg is a must-visit town that retains a sense of medieval scale despite (intelligent) upmarket tarting-up. For inspiration, see the cityscape from the Strong Bridge over the Danube. The Kaiserhof is opposite and across the square from the main doors of the splendid gothic cathedral. Despite location, location, location, it delivers indifferent service. Our room was cramped but clean, the... More

Small rooms, but u are in a unesco world heritage site...what do u need a big room for? Go see stuff outside, like the church right out your window! Modern clean new bathrooms, breakfast included, and 6 eur parking. The loation rocks. Quiet and clean, good beds, lcd tv (german only, as with all of germany/austria, dubbed tv). Sadly, no... More
