It seems to be the cheapest option in Passau, or at least we could not find another. Even so, it cost 50€ + 6€ for breakfast. It pretends to be a design hotel and it can be a good choice for people doing the Danube trail, to spend a single night on the city. The location is fine, it is... More

The room is 1m40 wide (no space on the bed sides). Shared bath rooms. Payment only by cash of German debit card. Do not expect anything else. Very cheap, clean and located on the river shore, with a view from a small window just above your bed.

Tried several different hotels and all were full and ended up being advised to go to the Rotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable and right on the river. Crawl on bed in tiny room with shared ablutions but good value for e30.00. Breakfast can be eaten there for a small price. Based in the Rolling Hotels I have seen in magazines... More

The rooms are so unusual, narrow and not so spacious - the bathrooms are larger than rooms! . But I really enjoyed my stay there, everything was clean, bed was very comfortable, staff were pleasant, location is good, and it's also on a river bank, so it has nice view. Bathrooms are shared, yet there are never crowds, because there... More

Rotel Inn is a cheap and well-positioned hotel, very close to the train station and to the Donau. Unfortunately, rooms are lilliputian, nothing more than a cubicle. A good solution if you are alone and you stay for one night, not more. Staff was kind and spoke Italian. Breakfast without praise or blame. I should recommend this hotel only if... More

I like the Rotel Inn for it's close proximity to the train station and area attractions. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. There's a bicycle trail just steps away from the entrance and the hotel is situated on the banks of the famous Danube River. My room had a beautiful view of the river and it was... More

My husband & I stayed at this hotel recently & it was good value for money with friendly & helpful staff. However, the previous night we had stayed at another hotel, & it was after leaving the Rotel & travelling on that we noticed that 2 items were missing from our suitcase ---- a book & a sun-hat with Australian...
