The hotel staff provided a warm welcome and the service was great. The buffet breakfast was superb - a large and excellent variety of food. The main transport hub is only a short ride by tram (which stops near the hotel).

Have stayed at many Mercure hotels world wide, and this was very disappointing. First we were given keys to an uncleaned room.
