We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel while doing the romantic road trip. We got a good price for the room and breakfast (which was very good to be fair) but the wifi was charged and was very expensive. To park the car was also expensive. Every thing was charged. The heating of the room was not so good... More

This hotel was hugely over priced and very poor service and facilities. The "cheap" rate is around 200EUR which is obscene for the size and facilities. Tiny rooms, rude staff, no amenities, nothing. The only plus was that it was clean. Avoid this hotel for sure.

This hotel offers what you can expect from a hotel chain, plus some downsides: - No WiFi free in the room (from this level of hotel, you shall expect that..and in the booking this was not clear). There is the possibility of hard line connection in a common room, while people play noisy at the billard... - Position: the only... More

Very small room for the price paid although it was clean and tidy. 10 euros extra each per person per day for breakfast not worthwhile. Payment for WiFi overpriced. Unfriendly night staff. Much better value at the Best Western in Regensburg that we had left that morning.

I had the displeasure of staying at this hotel for a training course I was attending with 2 other colleagues. First impressions were not good, a rude receptionist who tried her best to prevent us from having our inclusive breakfasts of which we'd already payed for. The room was pokey, scruffy stained carpet and tiny single beds. I was on... More

We were billed for breakfasts we didn't eat (40 euros) and very overpriced WiFi (36 euros) we didn't use! There are no or inadequate checks in place by staff to guard against the all to easy fraudulent billing by other guests onto the wrong guests room number. Very disappointing and argumentative customer service at check out which left us feeling... More

This 3* hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I stayed only one night and to be honest, I was not expecting much as I usually stay at 4* hotels. The reception area was not very nice looking and the staff....well lets just say they were not very professional. However, they were friendly. The parking I must say was a bit of... More

Close enough to the station to walk but on the wrong side of the wall, and the walk home at night is a bit dodgy. The rooms seem cheap enough but when you add breakfast (albeit a decent spread) and WiFi (severely overpriced) the cost effective nature of the stay is lost. Overall just average. Wouldn't stay here again, but... More

12 euros to park overnight, 4.50 euros (PER HOUR!!) wifi access, 5.50 euros for a glass of wine. I'm not being tight - I'll pay anything if I think I'm getting value for money. However, I travel a lot and all hotels give free wifi. It doesn't cost them extra per guest. As for the wine - yes, I expect... More

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. We booked this hotel because we couldn't get accommodation at a city center hotel we had stayed in May but we were not disappointed. The hotel is conveniently located quite close to a U-Bahn (metro) where you can get to the city centre in minutes . The hotel staff are quite helpful... More
