The hotel's location can be summed up quite easily as follows: It's a short and easy walk into the old town. In so doing you will walk through the red light district! The street outside the hotel seemed to suffer from litter more than any other we saw in the city. This may be connected to the road works and... More

This hotel is very close to the historic center and not expensive, so we decided to book it. Rooms were a bit old also if clean. But receptionists were not so clever (and I would like to say other, but tripadvisor doesn't permit) and not helpful with our simple questions. Moreover they permitted to smoke just outside the backdoor, right... More

This is a small hotel but it is well equipped and spotlessly clean. However, it is in a location which can hardly be recommended and for that reason I would not re-visit. We found the buffet breakfast good, offering a wide choice of typical "continental" fayre, plus a full cooked option. There is an on-site car park and the nearest... More

The location is very good being very close to the city center (5-7 min walking). The room is quite small, it does not have a fridge and you have to pay for the WIFI connection. Also the parking spots are limited and not included in the price. If you pay the parking spot for a night and you leave the... More

The hotel is similar to a UK travel lodge style hotel. The rooms feel pretty ropey, don't feel overly clean and not a great size. The Internet access is very pricey and not very quick. Not a great choice at breakfast and the serving area is far too small for the amount of guests trying to get some breakfast.

We got a smokers room although we did not asked for it, at first we thought it was no problem but when we saw the fog and the smell of the room was really bad. For one night only it was not a huge problem, we had access to the garden which compensated that. The location was not pretty but... More

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel while doing the romantic road trip. We got a good price for the room and breakfast (which was very good to be fair) but the wifi was charged and was very expensive. To park the car was also expensive. Every thing was charged. The heating of the room was not so good... More

This hotel was hugely over priced and very poor service and facilities. The "cheap" rate is around 200EUR which is obscene for the size and facilities. Tiny rooms, rude staff, no amenities, nothing. The only plus was that it was clean. Avoid this hotel for sure.

This hotel offers what you can expect from a hotel chain, plus some downsides: - No WiFi free in the room (from this level of hotel, you shall expect that..and in the booking this was not clear). There is the possibility of hard line connection in a common room, while people play noisy at the billard... - Position: the only... More
