We were only passing through Nuremberg on our way south and stayed one night to visit the Christmas Market and look around the town. Though not really a 4-star hotel (more like 3 and a half), it has a very good price quality ratio. Nice place to stay, about 10min walk to the city center. The breakfast for 15eur is quite expensive - avoid it and go instead to the bar café Ruhestörung, which is on the way to the city center.
