the hotel feels a bit like a dorm. no character, but hey for 50 eur who needs flowers and paintings on walls. it's very close to the old town and rooms are very clean. bathrooms are all modern and clean as well. so overall it's good value especially for someone on a budget.

What can i say this is a cookie cutter hotel chain, all was clean and perfect for a 3-4 day stay right next to the old town for a visit to the Christmas market. Breakfast was generous with a large selection of continental food, fresh orange juice, breads meats cheeses etc.

Motel One is a clean, modern and quiet hotel, and it's an xcellent location for visiting the city. Despite its position, very close to the railroad, it's quiet: just a muffled sound from the passing trains! The staff were helpful and spoke good English. I definitely recommend this hotel for a weekend trip in Nuernberg.
