Nicely designed rooms, very friendly staff, good breakfast and that all located in Schwabing for a reasonable price. That's my choice for the next couple of times I have to stay in this area of Munich. (one rating star less for a missing discount as there have been massive road construction work in front of the hotel during the stay).

The hotel itself is ok for a simple hotel, rooms are average size for Europe with the usual no tea/coffee facilities. What makes this hotel is it's location. Only 2min walk from the U Bahn. Only two / three stops from Marianplatz. The hotel is close to the english gardens and has plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The rooms are basic but clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
