Stayed for 4 nights in December 2014. The room was basic but clean - a few nice touches like fresh fruit and a chocolate each day were good. Breakfast is amazing with a great selection and very good quality. The hotel is in a quiet suburban area which was generally okay for us. There are some downsides though. For us... More

We stayed in December. There were a number of issues, unfortunately .It was advertised as having good connections to the airport- by S-Bahn and bus, it takes about 45 minutes-if you know where you're going. Because you have to get out at an obscure S-Bahn station and change to a bus, and then know where to get off, and the information... More

This hotel does not provide luxury but convenience and charm. Reception is only open until midnight, I did not see any dinner room service menu. But you have all bathroom amenieties, bathrobe, slippers. Towels are small and not fluffy. Tram 16 nearby takes you to the center and you can buy tickets in reception. Breakfast is plentiful and fresh. You... More

This boutique hotel is located 20 minutes away from Munich center in a nice quiet area close to the English Garten where you can enjoy nice walks and bike rides. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The only downside to it is that there's no Air conditioning. We spent 5 nights there in mid August and honestly we... More

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.. It felt very Bavarian and authentic...catering to a variety of world travelers probably looking for such an atmosphere.. It was in a terrific location with an easy walk to the tram taking you right downtown..The people at the reception were always helpful and courteous. The rooms were very well appointed and welcoming.... More

Really nice hotel with rustic charm; friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet location (we had a room facing the garden). Breakfast well worth the extra €10. Restaurant offers excellent Austrian/German dishes. We loved being close to the river Isar (5 minute walk down the hill) with the popular beergarden Emmeramsmuehle (but the food is better at Freisinger Hof...). It takes about... More

The Freisinger Hof presents itself well, the look and feel give great first impressions, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful although I got two different sets of information on two different stays here - add the two together and we are close to what a guest needs to know! Both times I have stayed in the 'restaurant side' of... More

We stayed here recently during a trip in Germany. The room was small and cozy and extremely clean. The hotel had parking on site, though the spaces are pretty tight. The wireless was fast and reliable and the staff was very helpful.

The Freisinger Hof is one of the nicest hotels in Munich. It is a boutique hotel that lacks the grand feeling of the big hotels, but it shines in style, taste, service and comfort. It outperforms others in passion for detail. I was also mighty impressed by the breakfast. Although is was a German breakfast offering and does not cater... More

If you come with your car, Definitely I will recommend you this hotel. Nice location, Nice Breakfast, Nice staff and very cozy hotel. BUT there's no taxi in front of the hotel. If you don't have your own car, you will find this hotel little far to walk to the center of Munich. You need to use the public transportations... More
