Don't expect to meet muslim woman ln yashmak. Fatima is from Brazil. That's a real place you feel yourself comfortable. Breakfast is quite big and nice. Trere are two gardens around. The only thing is a distance to center but price sounds acceptable cause of that.

With the instructions from Jan, it was extremely easy to find the place, and with the cheap cost of public transportation in Munich, it was very easy to get to the city. Jan and Fatima are very nice and helpful. The area is very cosy and we felt right at home. The room was very nice and we were greeted... More

Jan is the consummate host. We stayed in the balcony room. As other's say, it's homey and our room was delicious and perfect. It is outside of the city center but refreshing for being so...and the bird calls were amazing. Jan also recommended a "neighborhood restaurant" and it was the the best meal we had in Europe. And Jan's breakfasts...I... More

We stayed here for two nights. Jan was a wonderful host, he sat down with us at breakfast and gave us recommendations for the city. Breakfast every morning was really great with fresh fruit and pastries. We had the large room on the second floor, it was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Sharing a bathroom wasnt much... More

We stayed here over valentines weekend. Place was lovely. Owners greated us at sidewalk when we couldnt find the establishment. From there gave us great directions to a local diner for some good food. Room was perfect for my wife and two small children. Breakfast in the morning was as expected for traditional german home. Could not have asked for... More

My family and I stayed at B&B Zeevat for a week during our vacation in Munich and I can't recommend it highly enough! Jan and Fatima were incredibly gracious hosts and their attention to detail is amazing. For example, Jan noticed that several of our family members favored a certain variety of tea and he made certain that tea was... More

We booked this place as it was the highest rated on tripadvisor. I imagine that this B&B earned this rating solely through the friendliness of the hosts. the room we stayed at was small for a double room, the furnishings were fine but looked a bit basic. One side of the bed was directly against the wall and there was... More

Dear guest, thanks for taking time and write a review for our house. First of all, if the over 350 reviews was written just because we are friendly, will be a little bit ridiculous and not fair, you don't think so? Small room? yes, pictures are there and it was this one that you've booked. Is a small double room.... More

The warm welcome started from the moment I rang the gate bell till the time I stepped foot beyond the side walk to catch the bus back to the train station. First time to Munich. Found the Zeevat on Trip Advisor and it wasn't wrong. Jan was a great host. Friendly and very helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and "homey". This was our first stop for our holiday and got us off to a wonderful start. I highly recommend this.
