The goal of my visit to Munich was the EXPO REAL fair. From this point the location of the hotel was excellent. Close to the city centre (15 minutes walk), close to the Isar river (1 minute walk), close to the U-bahn station which brings you directly to the Neue Messe Munchen. Ideal! Rooms were quite usual for a solo... more

Me and 2 friends recently stayed here for the Oktoberfest. The hotel was about a 15-20min walk to the Oktoberfest site and about a similar distance to the city centre, although we had the option of public transport we were happy to walk. Hotel is very clean and the rooms had a fridge and hobs for cooking. Staff were very... more

Generic hotel, totally fine, loved the kitchenette. Clean, modern, and comfortable. Great location and easy and simple access from Metro. Staff was friendly and unobtrusive. Breakfast was over priced. I’d recommend and stay again. more

The price was reasonable. The staff was nice. It is not a luxury hotel, it is clean and has the basics plus some extras. There was free coffee and packaged crackers in the lobby. I appreciated the small fridge, sink, two burners and dishes for cooking and eating. The hotel was clean and there were laundry facilities in the basement.... more

The hotel is in a great location and has a subway very close but is also walkable from the main train station. It is close to the gay scene of Munich. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The general condition of the hotel is very good. Cleanliness is acceptable however this hotel did not pass the dust test... more

Decent hotel, a 3-star rated, but don't let that turn you off. Its south of Sendlinger Tor, but is direct accessible by U-Bahns U1 and U2, both of which are down the block from the hotel. There is a bank at the corner and a post office around the corner. It sits at the end of an up and coming... more

We (a young couple) have just stayed at GHotel. It is in a good, quiet location with a small, but clean bathroom. Our room was small, but perhaps we were unlucky as I have read other reviews on GHotel Zentrum who have had much bigger rooms. We asked for a double bed on Expedia, but the hotel staff gave us... more

We stayed at this ghotel on a weekend when they offer much lower rates. For 45 pounds we had a large double room, queen size bed, modern bathroom, masses of storage and a small kitchenette in the room. The bed was very comfortable! The location of the hotel is very good - it's convenient to the isar river and the... more

I often read on here how US guests struggle with the size of hotel rooms here in Europe compared to the wide open spaces of the bog standard Holiday Inn back home. Well, this might be the answer for those of you who need to wander about your hotel rooms, cook meals, play roller hockey on the carpet etc. The... more
