This neat and modern hotel impressed me especially as the counter personal was very friendly and helpful giving us information on where to go and how to get there! I would suggest though that they get more reliant Wi-Fi to all the rooms as we were only able to connect in the foyer. The hotel is close to public transport... More

The only attractive points of this hotel is its proximity to BMW Headquarter and U-Bahn. It is clean and quite comfortable but very bare-board. Internet connection is not very reliable, and depends on which room you are in and services are average to negative - I had to ask 3 consecutive days to get the liquid soap bottle renewed. I... More

Hotel is very close to an underground station which in Munich means fast access to anywhere in the town. Business room offered a large bed, decent shower room. Bed was decent but instead of a king size there were 2 beds put together and the mattresses would move apart during the night. Pillows could also be improved a lot. Room... More

Modern up-to-date comfort in the rooms. Excellent working WIFI. Friendly staff. The rates during the Oktoberfest are considerably higher than during the rest of the year, but that is a general phenomenon throughout Munich. Underground station just around the corner, which takes you to the center in 10 tot 15 minutes.

The electronic look mechanism did not work to the room door and it took the staff 2 full days to fix it. In the meantime they had to let me into the room every time. On the morning of the second day there was no hot water - a very cold shower. The staff was friendly but seem to lack... More

I stayed in this hotel for first time (probably the last) for 4 nights. Initially, the rooms are very small and not comfort. The cleanliness of the rooms is over the average but not for more. 24 hours reception service but some times when i called from the room, they didn't response. Breakfast should be better (optimize the variety of... More

Hotel is exceptionally modern, with powerful showers, excellent staff attitude and clean boutique surroundings. Rooms are basic and comfortable and modern. Advantages - Walking distance from BMW WELT Attractions. Nearby several Supermarkets for supplies. DIRECTLY OPPOSITE THE SUBWAY. Notes - No Coffee and Tea making facilities in the cheapest rooms. Take ear plugs as traffic noise is constant and loud.... More

I stayed five nights at this hotel whilst on a business trip to Munich. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Hotel was modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean. If I am to return to Munich I would book this hotel straight away. Couldn't fault it in anyway whatsoever. All staff including domestics obviously trained to a very... More

This hotel feels fresh and well designed. They make very good use of the smallish spaces and the rooms and baths are very well designed. Breakfast is above average. The location is convenient to the subway, BMW Motorcycle and Knorr Bremse and not much else.

A modern hotel, with very nice contemporary rooms. A lovely wet room and typical German quality engineering. Everything works as it should do. The room was a little warm for my liking even with snow outside and temperature around 0 degrees. The small staff were friendly and helpful, we made use of the conference room although the phone did not... More
