We were very satisfied with our stay at the BATU Living hotel! Great location next to the main train station in Munich. Beautiful rooms with a huge living space for city living. Very reliable wifi. Great shower! Only complaint would be the lack of knowledge of the city by the front desk. We were greeted by the owner's nephew who... More

The room is very clean and airy. It looks exactly the same as what it posted in it official website. it has been just a 2 minutes walk from the central station. You can easily find the supermarkets and good restaurant nearby. The host is friendly. It is a good experience to stay with this hotel.

Ideally situated directly opposite the Hbf and Karstadt, and right on the tram line, our 2-roomed apartment with small kitchenette suited us perfectly for a 10 day stay. A Miele dishwasher in the apartment, Miele machines in the common laundry, excellent free wi-fi, lift, and heated towel rail in bathroom all worked perfectly. A few more mugs and glasses would... Orienting yourself to find parking, the reception area, and access to the hotel is a challenge although once you have jumped through the huddles you learn the routine. There is no parking in front of the hotel so you will have to find street parking until after you have checked in and received the fob that gains you access to... More

When we arrived there was no place to park. My husband went to check in and when he came back his first words were, "well, this will be an adventure." Parking was down a side street two levels down in an underground structure. There was an elevator but had I been alone at night I would not have felt safe... More

One of those typically German type apartment hotels where you meet the manager/owner on arrival and then never see them again. Very close to the train station (Hauptbahnhof) and clean and modern inside. Although an apartment may sleep four people, there is no separate bedroom and therefore privacy is an issue. Front facing apartment on the second floor did suffer... More

I stayed here twice. The second time during the Oktorberfest and as opposed to other hotels in the city, Batu living hotel did not overcharge its customers. The room is nicely decorated and clean. The staff is very friendly. The only disadvantage is the hotel does not provide breakfast. On the other hand, there are plenty of cafes near/inside the... More

Beautiful new hotel located at few meters from the main central station (Hauptbhanof). The hotel is new , clean and the owner is kind and really accomodating. I think I'll always go in this hotel in the future if have to go to Munich again.

My wife and two children (ages 9 and 6) stayed in a studio apartment with kitchenette and small but very workable bathroom (no tub, just a shower). We absolutely loved it. The staff had unfolded a futon into a comfortable double bed for our children, and we slept in the queen bed. The kitchenette was very useful to our family,... More

Room: My wife and 4 month old baby stayed in room 23 and paid 129€ per night. The apartment was a bit on the small side – the kitchen was tiny (it could only fit one person) as was the bathroom. The living room was adequately sized. It would be suitable for a couple but definitely not a family. Everything... More
