Unless you have a particular need for cooking facilities (stovetop, microwave, kettle), you are likely to get better value from one of the other many hotels in this convenient location. We spent four nights here in a top floor room facing the back courtyard, so it was at least quiet. Other aspects were less comfortable. This was the most expensive... More

Located within a few minutes walk from the central station which is ideal for exploring. (Took about ten mins to walk to Marienplatz if you don't use the subway). The apartments are spacious and well equipped. They are very clean. We were on the top floor which meant we lost some ceiling space but was much better for noise. The... More

We booked a standard room but was given an upgrade to comfort room by the lovely landlady. The apartment was spacious which was great as we were travelling with 24" luggage. Having an elevator is a great addition to the place. However, the walls are rather thin n we often heard our neighbours if we slept late. It is no... More

We booked using Airbnb and were expecting a private apartment. But this is a hotel more than an apartment. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen comes with everything you will need during your stay - utensils, plates, glasses, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, etc. The location is amazing, with easy access to public transport, shops and restaurants. It does get a... More

I stayed one week in June. The booking went smoothly and everyone on the staff was very friendly and welcoming. My room was on the top floor, facing the street. The room was tidy and newly decorated. On arrival, I was given a map and guidance what is where. On arrival, the son of the owners' showed me the room.... More

We were very satisfied with our stay at the BATU Living hotel! Great location next to the main train station in Munich. Beautiful rooms with a huge living space for city living. Very reliable wifi. Great shower! Only complaint would be the lack of knowledge of the city by the front desk. We were greeted by the owner's nephew who... More

The room is very clean and airy. It looks exactly the same as what it posted in it official website. it has been just a 2 minutes walk from the central station. You can easily find the supermarkets and good restaurant nearby. The host is friendly. It is a good experience to stay with this hotel.

Ideally situated directly opposite the Hbf and Karstadt, and right on the tram line, our 2-roomed apartment with small kitchenette suited us perfectly for a 10 day stay. A Miele dishwasher in the apartment, Miele machines in the common laundry, excellent free wi-fi, lift, and heated towel rail in bathroom all worked perfectly. A few more mugs and glasses would... Orienting yourself to find parking, the reception area, and access to the hotel is a challenge although once you have jumped through the huddles you learn the routine. There is no parking in front of the hotel so you will have to find street parking until after you have checked in and received the fob that gains you access to... More

When we arrived there was no place to park. My husband went to check in and when he came back his first words were, "well, this will be an adventure." Parking was down a side street two levels down in an underground structure. There was an elevator but had I been alone at night I would not have felt safe... More
