There is nothing wrong with this place... if you are 20. We have stayed in youth hostels before and usually besides dom beds they have nice family or private rooms. We booked a private room for four and we got for bunk beds. Not really what we were expecting. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, however the room was clean. The... More

I got a clean, modern room. No smell of smoking whatsoever. The wifi is very good in the lobby, it's free. It's weaker in the room. The breakfast for 5 euro is excellent. I loved the atmosphere and the staff. The eating area is also very friendly, with old wooden tables. Clean hotel overall, it's worth well the money.

I stayed at this hostel about seven years ago. I needed a place to stay as I was flying out of Munich. I would say the only good thing about this place was the location. I arrived early in the morning after a sleepless 20+ hour bus ride from Eastern Europe. The reception people wouldn't let me check in until... More

I chose the hostel because it was one of the cheapest ones and very conveniently located, across the street from the main train station. However, the stay wasn't very comfortable. I stayed in a six person room with bunk beds. They were very cheaply made and uncomfortable with thin mattresses. They made so much noise when the sleeper turned over.... More

i stated in a dorm with about 40 beds, sounds dreadful but they are split up in 4 sections slightly cramped but you dont spend most your time there apart from sleeping, toilet and showers can be very humid and become very smelly that would probably be the worst thing about this hostel can be noisy at weekends, mainly 5... Dorms were huge! Although spaced out so you didn't feel so cramped. Bathrooms were ok although were very public (no doors between) the best part was location. Right near main station and the owners were helpful. Decent wifi too. Would stay again.

I stayed at 6 beds female dorm and the room was quite small(the smelliest among the hostels I stayed in Germany). Good thing is you can connect wi-fi in the room as well(the speed is little bit slow), the location is quite good (just 1 min from the Munich HBF) to go to the old city center(Marien Platz), and the... Worst bed I have slept in so far... and I have been in my share of hostel beds. Very thing mattress that felt like plastic and could feel the frame underneath. I was in a four person room was was roomy and had its own bathroom which was nice. They give you a free drink but I didn't get to... More
