I really like this hotel and this is the fourth time I have stayed here in the past couple of years. Very friendly and welcoming staff at reception. The rooms are quite simply furnished but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast room is pleasant and the breakfast is good. A quiet area with not much traffic - it is possible... More

We were in Bavaria for Starkbierfest and stayed at the Hotel St Paul at the beginning and the end of our tour. The location was great; steps to the subway and all of Munich's good public transportation, very close to the fairgrounds, walking distance to Augustiner Brewery! Both of our rooms were clean & comfortable, the second stay the room... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in early March 2014. Small, but nice hotel. Elevator was a little sketchy, but the courtyard was nice. Loved the huge windows with the ledges in the rooms with a beautiful view of St. Paul's Cathedral. Wifi only worked in the hallways but that was manageable.

I really enjoyed my stay here, during March of 2013. The place was very clean, and the breakfast was nice too. The hotel is steps away from the subway, and there is a nice park nearby too (Oktoberfest grounds, I believe).

My son and I spent three nights here while we were staying in Munich. We arrived quite early and the hotel kindly allowed us to drop our suitcases up to the room which we found had been cleaned and was ready. The bedroom area was a little like a cabin on a ferry. The mattresses were encased in a wooden... More

My daughter recently spent 2 nights at the hotel and had a great time in Munich. Wevarrived early and they let us leave our bags at the hotel, we then spent the day in Munich, we also left the bags at the hotel on our day of departure as our flight was not until 9 pm. The hotel was great,it... More

Did anyone mention the BELLS? The hotel is right across from St. Paul’s Church, whose tower rings every 15 minutes – but only from 7AM to 9PM, Gott sei dank! This is an unassuming, clean and comfortable hotel, located just on the good side of the border between the train-station inexpensive shops (high predominance of Turkish donerkebab, cheap luggage, etc),... The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. There is a lovely little courtyard garden where you can sit and enjoy a drink. The room we had overlooked the church and although the clock strikes, it is a wonderful sound and does not chime during the night. Rooms were absolutely fine, and were kept extremely clean. Breakfast is served downstairs... More

Very nice people, hotel is ok, rooms not big, but everything is ok. Breakfast is good and waiters are really nice. Please note that if you need wifi for work - make sure you get a room at the first floor or similar, because the other floors are not covered.

We stayed three nights at Hotel St. Paul after travelling for two weeks. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The lady who serves breakfast is very friendly and bright in the morning! The clock does chime often and loudly in the morning but this was no great problem. The only down side to the hotel was that... More
