Stayed here for 3 nights! Very small room for 3 people to stay in and a lot of strippers around the hotel but it was a great location to get around but the wifi barely worked while we were there and the staff didn't seem to understand English that well and they weren't overly helpful! I'd prefer to stay somewhere... More

+ Location close to center & central station + Clean + Provided breakfast (included in price) is reasonable (not worth paying an extra though) + Free wifi works well + Staff is OK - Design is tacky and old-fashioned (just look at the pictures!) - In the middle of Munich's small red light district. However it is a safe area... More

This hotel is in a good location close to the main attractions of Munich. The hotel staff were excellent value very helpful and polite. Room and bathroom were small but it was nice to have a window that opened to get some fresh air. A good stay for a short stop over close to train station!!!

To start with the positives. Very good location as it is close to main train station and to the centre. The staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet was really nice. Now to the rather mediocre elements: The room i stayed was not that nice. It smelled like cigarette a bit. The mattress was very soft and not because it was... More

First day when i arrived, the bed room floor was a little sticky. This was gone when I got back from work on my second day. So cleanlyness was fairly good. The hotel is getting out dates, and it shows, especially in the bathrooms. The breakfast was awfull. I ended up not eating there after trying it the first day.... More

I was here with family two nights. We chose hotel because it was so close to railway station and not so expensive. Surroundings weren't so good, on same street with hotel was many striptease-bars and street was noisy all night. Wifi wasn't working properly, you had to log in again and again. Rooms were ok, although we wanted to have... More

Booked this hotel online without reading reviews. This place was not too far from the old town area, however, it was tucked between a plethora of seedy establishments which was a huge turn off. We were reluctant to go out after dark due to the number of people pestering us to check out the nude ladies. The room was fine,... More

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. I would strongly recommend this hotel to those who are interested in budget, but high quality hotel in Munich: excellent location handy to public transport, nice and clean rooms, substantial and diverse breakfast. Special thanks to friendly and helpful staff!

Hotel Italia is by the main train station which is great; however the are around the hotel is a bit sketchy with lots of strip clubs surrounding it. It was about a 20 minute walk from Marienplatz. Our room was adequate for four people. There was a queen bed and a futon that fit two and a bathroom. The room... More

Well this is a basic budget hotel near the hauptbahnhof or the main train station of Munich. Yes it is a Budget hotel, but the room was clean, the complimentary breakfast was decent , and the free internet worked (bliss). The staff at reception spoke English , and were co-operative. The hotel is on a street with lot of strip... More
