Went to Munich for Christmas Festival, which is oldest (and largest?) in Europe. Hotel was several blocks away but a safe, clean walk. Although not luxurious, the two room suites included a living room, kitchenette, balcony, bathroom and bedroom. While the bath was tiny, the rooms the other rooms were quite large.
