This hotel was awesome! We had an awful plane trip to Munich and they were so accommodating. Our flight was canceled and a day late, but they worked out our reservation and got us checked in early the day we finally arrived. They also stored our bags the short time we had to wait so we could go explore. The... More

Our room at Hotel Kriemhild was large, clean, and hospitable; it looked out on a pretty neighborhood. The bathroom, however, was small and the shower could prove difficult for someone who is tall or large, or someone who is disabled to a minor degree. (The wheelchair bound could not get around in our room.) Hotel has a good size lift.... More

We recently stayed for four nights in Room 304 at the Kriemhild and were very pleased with the accommodations. The room is on the top floor and is very bright and roomy. There is a separate room with a sofa, dresser and TV that could be used as a second bedroom, but was perfect as a sitting area. A very... More

This is a great, family owned, small hotel. I loved the safe and quiet neighborhood. Amazing public transportation made it easy to reach any part of Munich quickly after having a fabulous healthy breakfast. During a hot June visit my family appreciated the air conditioning in our room. We enjoyed strolls to Nymphenburg palace and beer garden. I would love... More

Very clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff - very welcoming and polite. They helped us in all we need. The neighborhood is spetacular. A residential street near the tram station. Two parks (Nymphenburg and Hirschgarten, a beer garden) are close to the hotel.

The hotel is very nice with very friendly staff. We received great tips for things to see and places to eat. The breakfast was delicious with warm rolls and loaves of great bread along with the usual german breakfast fare. The location is great: close to trams, Nymphenburg Palace, grocery store/bakery and a super beer garden. It is a 3... More

Located in a quiet suburb away from the city. Easily reached by accessing a tram on the excellent local transport system. The room was very clean and ample in size. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Hirschgarten, a lovely Beer Garden where we ate 3 nights in a row. The reception staff were able to arranged at... More

Overall a good, but not great hotel. The breakfast was average continental style. Rooms were not that quite, there was noise from both the outside and inside. The staff was mixed, one of the front desk guys was very helpful, the other one was a LOT less so. The area itself was VERY nice, and found this to be a... More

200 Meters to the world's largest beer garden. In a quiet neighborhood with local restaurants, no tourists at all in this area. But, I never felt unwelcome in the area. The hotel is easy to reach (if in Munich, get used to the public transportation system, it is great). We had no car, had no trouble finding the place nor... More

Stayed in the family suite at Hotel Kriemhild with our two teenage sons. The room was very spacious and quite comfortable for the four of us. The hotel is extremely well maintained and meticulously spotless. We enjoyed the quiet location just outside of the Munich city center. We walked a few short blocks to the market every day where we... More
