Stayed at the Kriemhild for a week to enjoy the Octerberfest. Hotel is located a short tram ride from the festival, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, and the management was very nice and helpful. There is a fabulous Biergarten 'Hirschgarten' within walking distance that had great food and... More

We recently stayed at this hotel with another middle aged couple from Perth, Western Australia. We as usual utilised a combination af Trip Advisor and Booking.com to pick and pay for the hotel. Whilst the hotel was a little further from the city centre than we normall pick, the price was great and it is only a few hundred metres... More

Hotel Kriemhild is located in a very nice area of Munich. It's not in the city centre but only a 15 minute tram ride to the CBD. Rooms very neat and tidy and well maintained. Breakfast is great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Great hotel option if you are visiting Munich for a few days. Probably the only... More

We stayed for 3 nights in January with our two young adult daughters in Suite 301, which has a small room with 2 twin beds off the main bedroom. The main room was a good size, and the bathroom was huge. We bought a 24 hour group travel pass upon our arrival at the train station, & caught the tram.... More

We stayed here in early December. The hotel is in a great location - easy to drive to, park the rental and then take the tram to explore. The room was large and warm and the breakfast lovely. It was nice to see all the family photos up then to recognise the same faces amongst the staff. Definitely eat at... More

We had a four day stop over here to bring in the New Year. Ideally located for public transport and a short walk to the Nymphenburg Palace. Rooms well serviced, clean, modern and very functional. Day starts with a well presented breakfast bar, in a cosy dining area. And an added advantage is that the hotel has a lift...no lugging heavy... More

The hotel is in a residential area, near several restaurants and transportation to the airport and the central train station. It is very comfortable and warm. The staff is always willing to help and do so with a smile. I strongly recommend this hotel. Obs.: some restaurant kitchens nearby start closing by 9:30 p.m. Call before going to the restaurant... We spent three nights here during Oktoberfest and our hosts were both very gracious and extremely helpful. The location, in a quiet suburban neighborhood, turned out to be very convenient for riding the streetcar in and out of town, visiting the grounds of Nymphenburg Palace (don't miss the royal stables with the phenomenal carriage displays) and grabbing a quick bite... Stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas, even though it was Christmas the staff were always there to help, as a result of it being a family run business. Room was spotless, bathroom smallish but functional. The other great thing is that the hotel is on a very quiet road so we slept very well whilst staying here. The breakfast... More
