We stayed for 3 nights in January with our two young adult daughters in Suite 301, which has a small room with 2 twin beds off the main bedroom. The main room was a good size, and the bathroom was huge. We bought a 24 hour group travel pass upon our arrival at the train station, & caught the tram.... More

We stayed here in early December. The hotel is in a great location - easy to drive to, park the rental and then take the tram to explore. The room was large and warm and the breakfast lovely. It was nice to see all the family photos up then to recognise the same faces amongst the staff. Definitely eat at... More

We had a four day stop over here to bring in the New Year. Ideally located for public transport and a short walk to the Nymphenburg Palace. Rooms well serviced, clean, modern and very functional. Day starts with a well presented breakfast bar, in a cosy dining area. And an added advantage is that the hotel has a lift...no lugging heavy... More

The hotel is in a residential area, near several restaurants and transportation to the airport and the central train station. It is very comfortable and warm. The staff is always willing to help and do so with a smile. I strongly recommend this hotel. Obs.: some restaurant kitchens nearby start closing by 9:30 p.m. Call before going to the restaurant... We spent three nights here during Oktoberfest and our hosts were both very gracious and extremely helpful. The location, in a quiet suburban neighborhood, turned out to be very convenient for riding the streetcar in and out of town, visiting the grounds of Nymphenburg Palace (don't miss the royal stables with the phenomenal carriage displays) and grabbing a quick bite... Stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas, even though it was Christmas the staff were always there to help, as a result of it being a family run business. Room was spotless, bathroom smallish but functional. The other great thing is that the hotel is on a very quiet road so we slept very well whilst staying here. The breakfast... More

We stayed 5 nights in late August and found the Kriemhild Hotel ticked all of our boxes. Our room, Suite 301 (spotlessly clean), was spacious with a dual aspect, a huge bathroom with bath and shower, a mini bar, a very comfortable large bed and to start the day, a delicious buffet breakfast. The location in a very quiet area... More

We were here with our teenage daughters during the last day or so of Octobofest, so chose to stay a little out of the city. The room was clean and we were at the end of a hall, so didn't hear too much noise from people coming home late after a big night. I didn't get the friendly vibe from... More

The Hotel Kriemhild is all about service, cleanliness and customer satisfaction. It even has an elevator! In a quiet area a few blocks from the Nymphenburg palace. Lots of eating places to walk to and a block from bus or light rail 20 minutes into downtown Munich. Free car parking and breakfast. Erich and Klaus were absolutely wonderful helping us.... More

We traveled to Munich for Oktoberfest and did the research for an affordable hotel in a good location. Hotel Kriemhild fit the bill in all categories! Front desk staff - extremely helpful, gracious lady took care of us at breakfast (wish I could remember her name!). Accommodations were more than sufficient - very clean and spacious room. The hotel location... More
