The hotel is near the centre. Only two stops on the S bahn to the main station and the station is 200metres from the hotel. Discount secure parking next door, only €12.50 per day. Staff are very friendly. Wifi pass costs €12.50 for 24 hours of Usage, which was ample for three days. Good inexpensive Asian bistros and cinema nearby.

We stayed here for 2 nights during Oktoberfest. It's about a 10 minute walk to Marienplatz and about a 20 minute walk to the main train station, Munchen Hbf. The room was a good size for the 2 of us and it was very clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. There are great places to eat nearby.... More

The hotel location it is ok, but it is over 32 degrees outside and there is no air conditioning, not even a fan so it's been horrible to sleep. The gentleman at the front door doesn't speak any english, all I could ask him was "internet?", so he gave a paper with a username and password without saying nothing else.... More

Munich has dozens (hundreds?) of these small hotels mid block. They are all fairly basic and similar in feel. This place was distinctive in a few respects: Plusses: Very good location just out side of the Isar Tor. Walk to Marienplatz in about 7 minutes. Subway station "Isator" very near by - there is a short cut through the small... More

Stayed for three nights. Had a very old, sparsely furnished room. Bathroom unbelievably small. Shower over the bath but you needed to be a contortionist to get in and out of it without slipping. No air conditioning, no tea or coffee making facilities. No safety chain or peephole in door. Safety instructions in German only. Breakfast mediocre with little choice.... More

I have been to this 3 star? hotel before on the basis of closeness to where I had to be, and was there again last week. Not only was it close to where I was going to be at, it was a few minute walk from a similarly named major train station , Isartor and even the Deutsches Museum. The... More

This hotel is simly nice, nothing fancy but everything you need is available. Quality of the rooms, of food and most of all of service is more than OK for the price you pay. It is situated on walking distance of the city center in a rather quiet area.

I booked a so called "comfort room" for one night. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport and main station thru the S-Bahn (a 5 minutes walk from the station) The room had obviously recently been refurbished and, along with a big flat-TV screen (with only german speaking channels unfortunately), there was everything to guarantee you a comfortable night.... Another hotel selected from the net which met our criteria: reasonable rate; convenient location to return our rental car & access the myriad attractions of Munich on foot. Provision out front to unload the car & check-in. Parking station next door. Very welcoming staff. Good size room & balcony. Included breakfast selection was good, but breakfast room was air-less &... More

We found the hotel at the last minute and were delighted to be accommodated. The rooms are being upgraded and our room was very nice. The size was especially good for its central location in a European city. Breakfast was ample and included. There is 24 hour reception service. Wifi was included and parking reasonably priced. Our only complaint was... More
