Got a reasonable rate from hotwire for much less than rack rate. no breakfast included for the cheap rate so cant comment about it. external facade of building looks dated but rooms are new and just great with comfortable beds though with a small bathroom. i had a bmw convertible from sixt for a few days and was delighted to... more

This was the 2nd time we stayed here during the expo we regularly visit. Before we stayed at the other half of the city and by car it was 1 hour to get to the Messe. This one (specially now, when we got known other ways too) you can get there in 20 minutes and still not too far from... more

I stayed at this hotel in April, 2007. It was easy to locate off the autobahn, Efnerstrasse is a main thoroughfare and is well signed. The neighbourhood is largely residential, with offices nearby. The subway station is about a 20 minute walk, but may be a bit far for those who don't walk or exercise much. The area is very... more

We stayed here at Oktoberfeat time 2007. (Sept 24 - 26 ) The hotel itself is a little tired and older looking on the outside but the interior was very nice. Our room was a Bavarian deluxe ( mini suite) with a 4 post wooden bed, wood lined walls and a seperate sitting area. We were very comfortable and happy. I... more

I was here for 1 night for a brief Munich visit. The other posters are correct that it is a bit out of the way, but the facilities are quite nice. I would say slightly larger than the average European hotel room and clean. It is very much average in other respects so not much to say. more

This hotel is simply far away from everything in Munich. It's quite a long walk to the next metro and by taxi it's about 20 mins (12-14 EUROs) to the centre of Munich. If you are willing to stay that far away from the centre there are plenty of better alternatives. The room I stayed in was very small but... more

This hotel was a some distance away from "downtown" Munich. It was a bit of a pain to get to the train station (about 20-25 minute walk). Overall it was clean and had that Holiday Inn feel to it. more

I stayed at this hotel on business. I have no idea why the agents chose this hotel, as it was miles ( 30 minutes drive ) from the office and a long way from the city centre. However this was not the fault of the hotel, and may have been due to Octoberfest meaning a lot of hotels were full.... more

Not a bad hotel, it was very clean, and good service. but a bit far from the transportation areas. it says 10 minutes more like 20. Room was small, but that's Europe. Breakfast is 17 Euros. Quite expensive. We did find a reasonable price on 4 Eur. for a pot of coffee. WRONG, In the room service guide it was... more

Disappointed in hotel stay overall. Staff did not recognize as Priority Club Member or honor any of the PCM perks. Hallways and rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, sheets were not changed, dirty dishes sat in room. Staff was extremely slow in restaurant (even for European standards), front desk staff was unhelpful and rude (gave wrong directions). We stayed the week... more
