I had the bad luck of take a room in the 4° floor. The 435. The elevator just go until the 3° floor. The 4° is the roof, so you have the room roof inclinated. The window is really small. The 433 is a little bigger, but still a small room.

Dear Pes_na_Estrada, thank you very much for your feedback. Our Building and Stairwell is Heritage, in this case we are not allowed to expand our elevator up to the 4th Floor. We hope to welcome you back in Munich. Best regards, More

Our two rooms were great. Always kept clean and the hotel is in a great location. Staff went above and beyond more than once. Would stay there again. The only downer was that the rooms did not have a refrigerator.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I like the location and it's close to a supermarket, a drug store a beer garden and many restaurants. the location is not far from city center and very accessible by tram. I recomend this hotel to those who wants to visit Munchen.

Stayed at the Mercure Olympia park hotel in December for 5 nights over Christmas. The hotel wasn't super central but very easy to reach the town centre from on the tram which was no problem. For what you pay the rooms are good, small and basic but provide most necessities you need. There was no hand soap at all in... More

You get what you pay for.... Double rooms are very small but do have a hard double bed, small table/desk with chair, TV. water boiler for coffee/tea but be careful of the plastic spoons. Will get very soft in very hot water to stir your coffee. Also there is a small closet and a luggage rack. The walls are very... More

Considering the price we paid, this was a good hotel. However it is definitely in need of a makeover! The breakfast was quite good. The location was very convenient in terms of reaching downtown, which is why we picked this hotel. The bus stop is about a 5 minute walk away. There is a small grocery store and pharmacy located... This hotel isn't in the city centre but it is very close by tram. We drove to Munich so wanted somewhere with parking and not too complicated to get to and this hotel fit the bill. We managed to park on the road directly outside for €6 per 24hrs. The hotel has private parking for €12 per day. We bought... More

The hotel is not in a touristic area, but is in a position easy to reach from the center (by tram). However it is very close to BMW museum and the Olympic Park. Some nice restaurants around. The rooms are standard Mercure and the breakfast was OK,

We stood in this hotel for a few nights, in a standard double room. The location is okay as it is a quiet neighbourhood; however it is not that nearby to the centre of the city - for that, there is a nearby tram stop which is around 4-6 stops to the centre. There is working air conditioning in the... More
