Great location, only 10-15 min away from the center. Very quiet neighborhood. The room and the bathroom were very clean. TV had a couple of English channels. Whilst staff were pleasant, the Carmen lacks facilities and its single rooms are TINY! It is clean, however not at all conducive to relaxation or even basic comfort. Convenient perhaps to Oktoberfest, but otherwise lacks any redeeming features. more
